The Citi Residenci Hotel - Asansol

I recently stayed at hotel citi residency in nigha and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a busy day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and accessing essential amenities. While there could be improvements in the dining options, the overall stay was enjoyable, and i would recommend hotel citi residency for travelers looking for a good budget-friendly stay.

Very good ambience with good quality food for lunch and staff behaviour was very good. Was very easy to access as it’s on the national highway with great parking space

We recently stayed at Citi Residenci for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Positives: The service has notably improved since our last visit six months ago. One significant change was the correction in pricing for bottled water, which was charged as per MRP this time, unlike before. Room service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly to requests, a clear improvement from our previous stay. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and taste. Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was noticeable seepage on the bathroom ceiling, which caused a musty smell. The shower curtain was quite dirty, and the room itself had a stale odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The sofa chair in the room was worn out, and on the first day, some essential bathroom toiletries were missing. Despite the room's poor condition, the improvement in service made this stay better than our last. However, more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.

100%worth to stay here in asansol! i had prior visited and managed many stay in different area but this time i had a best choice to stay! thanks citi residency to give us best and best-est service ever we had experienced! stay happy & serve your customer like this and more good forever!
