Bon hôtel, confortable et bien situé à Nîmes. Proche de la gare et du centre-ville.

駅からとても近いです。 夜に着いて早朝に出発したのでただ寝ただけですが バスタブもありました。お湯は溜められるタイプでは無かったので工夫して溜めました。 電気ケトルがあったので、便利でした。お茶菓子も用意してくれていました。 時間的に利用出来ませんでしたが近くにスーパーや飲食店も揃っています。 闘牛場も徒歩ですぐなのでその点は良いと思います。

Très bon séjour et le jeune homme a l'accueil très gentil

Stayed here on 10th September for one night and had no issues. Hotel centrally located and good value for money. However, stayed again on 14th September for one night. I had prepaid for the two rooms on 14th June last. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn’t seem to find my reservation. When she eventually found it 20 minutes later, she asked me for payment. When I advised that I had already prepaid she checked again and confirmed this was correct. (She made no apology in respect of how long it took for us to check-in.) However, a charge for the two rooms was subsequently charged to my credit card. I emailed the hotel yesterday morning, but I have not yet received a reply. I expect I am now going to have to go to the trouble of contacting my bank to arrange for them to process a charge back as the hotel doesn’t seem to be interested in addressing their mistake.

A ma grande surprise j'ai laissé en consigne pour l'après midi la valise et un sac de voyage et à mon retour l'employée m'informe avoir remis mes affaires personnelles à un jeune homme vers 15h30 sans au préalable vérité son identité ni son numéro de chambre. Résultat vol manifeste de toutes mes affaires. J'ai donc du porter plainte et malgré ma demande pour échanger avec la directrice aucun contact de sa part à ce jour. Cela semble ne pas inquiéter ni les employés ni la direction de cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas les trois étoiles mais plutôt une seule de par l'ensemble de l'état des équipements de la chambre.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die hoteleigene Garage ist gleich beim Hoteleingang und ermöglicht ein stressfreies Entladen des Gepäcks. Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach, aber ganz OK.
