It’s a good place to stay for an affordable getaway.
Staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, gave me a room with a beautiful seaview as requested. Sadly room had 2 single beds instead of a king sized bed but was able to combine them so it wasn’t that bad. The bathub/shower took very long to drain which was quite inconvenient. Toilets on the first floor were pretty dirty and smelly, frequent cleaning would be good. Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities as the resort was quite crowded and it kept raining.
Would be great if they could provide shuttle bus to Batam centre, hotel taxi services were exorbitantly priced.
Steve at the ferry terminal helped us get checked-in for our ferry smoothly and quickly, appreciated that service provided by Batam view as the lines with pretty long over the new year weekend. Would like to thank all the staff who worked over the long new year weekend.

(1) seafood restaurant with great beachview 3 minutes away
(2) wifi connection is great
(3) there are two swimming pools and both are great.
Bad
(1)Breakfast not many items to choose from
(2)location far from city and unable to take grab or go**** taix. Only expensive taxi from hotel available
(3) Beach is not clean.

If you’re looking at staying at a quiet place with a private beach and in a serene environment at a reasonable rate, this is the place to go! The location is about 40 mins away from the main city, transport isn’t an issue as Gojek is easily available. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We missed our returning transfer to the ferry terminal, despite that being the last bus, they helped with arranging an exceptional transfer considering the group size and our luggage at no extra charge, which I thought is very thoughtful. Thank you so much! A definite thumbs up and keep up the good work!
