It was great minus the person walking back and forth in the halls or room all hours

I asked for a third floor because I have sleeping problems, but they didn't allow it, causing me to be unable to sleep in the middle of the night and leave the hotel.

First, when we got there no one explained to us that now you are required to let staff know in the morning if you would like your room cleaned. So my room didn’t get cleaned the first day. Then the next day we had the fire alarm go off at 11pm, no one went in to check or anything we evacuated ourselves. The experience unfortunately wasn’t very great, but the hotel looks great and it’s clean overall.

We stayed 2 nights and we had a nice stay. The boys enjoyed the warm pool. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. I loved that it is pet friendly and they have a potty section for the furr babies. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was walkable. The grocery store was close and has awesome restaurants nearby.

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast was the downside. Selection was poor with no yogurt, hard boiled eggs or half &half.

Easy check in - amazing staff - clean rooms - comfortable beds - updated decor - one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel - I will stay again

The caulking around the tub enclosure was messy. The shower head did not operate properly and part of it came off. The tile was not grouted completely and small ants came out of the wall in the bathroom on the floor on our third day. The air conditioner fan did not operate properly as it kept cycling off. We only had one wash cloth for two people and had to request more.
Staff offered us a different room on the third day, but we didn't want to pack up everything and move.
The room key would not open the fitness center and neither would the 4 master keys. Maintenance had to instruct staff how to open it on the next day.
The oranges were bruised and not fresh and there was a completely moldy one in the middle of the bunch. How is this not seen and removed?

The hotel was amazing very clean very well maintained. The front desk staff was amazing. The last Hotel I stayed at was horrible this hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel in the staff there should definitely be recognized for how friendly and welcoming they are.
