Overall the hotel was good. I booked an accessible room to accommodate my mobility scooter and for walk in shower with seat. First they gave me a hearing accessible room, which was not what i booked, nor would it fit my scooter and had a normal bath. After going to the front desk, they changed my room. In the room,
the bathroom had a tub with a transfer chair but no legs, just on the ledge of the tub. While showering and moving to do so, the seat came off the edge , dropping me into the tub. This is something that definitely needs to be dealt with and a hazard. I bright it to the attention of the front desk when checking out and hopefully they put a safer solution.

Very happy with the stay at the Hampton Inn in Norfolk Ne. quiet, clean a feel very safe! Just felt taken care of!! Will plan on staying again!!

Our stay here was awesome from the time I walked in to check-in to the time we chevked out. Every staff member we had interaction with was polite, friendly and very helpful. The staff was so helpful when part of our family was unable to make it because of weather, they canceled the reservation without any problem. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

We’ve stayed here twice now. Both times were wonderful. From checking in to checking out. Tiffany checked us in both times and was so friendly and welcoming. This is a clean nice place. The rooms are decorated nicely. The beds are comfortable. Very clean rooms. I love the gym. There is a lot of variety of cardio and weights. We will continue to stay here as long as our daughter lives there. It’s definitely worth the extra money. We’ve stayed at the cheaper options in Norfolk and we will pay the extra to stay here!!

Norfolk is strange, there are a handful of the lesser quality hotels/motels, seemingly only one “midrange”, and the rest are $200+ a night. I’m a Hampton inn gal, but I feel like this one was on par with every other I’ve stayed in, but was priced much higher. Nonetheless, it was clean and comfy.
