We had an amazing stay at The Hilton. The facility was clean, beautiful and offered a great variety of amenities. The location was perfect. It was near waterside which had several restaurants and entertainment. I will definitely be staying again.

This is an awesome hotel and loved the location. Lots of shops and resturants nearby. We had a great view of the harbor.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the stay, to the staff, the brunch, everything was top tier. The location is great, near a lot of restaurants and chill spots with good vibes. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning. We've found a go to spot when staying in Norfolk.

First time staying at Hilton The Main and loved every bit of it. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. All the restaurants inside are great as well with good food. Will be staying here every time I visit.

It was a really beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice but not spectacular. The best part was the location and ease to walk and go to restaurants and the options to dine in the hotel with 3 restaurants being located on the property.

The room was state of the art and looked like it was recently remodeled. I loved the modern barn doors in the bathroom and shower. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

This is my 4th trip back to Norfolk and my 4th stay at the Main. Love Saltine and the location can’t be beat. Thank you!

Laundry stacked up un hallways for more than 24 hours.
Wife and son verbally assaulted outside of hotel by homeless *****. Ran back to hotel. Cannot walk streets at night because of *****.
Loosy house keeping - limited cleaning. Toilet seat did not fit. Poor water pressure. At check out - no one at front desk. I ran into front desk personnel smoking in the parking garage and asked him to return to the front desk to get my check out reciet.
