Quality Inn - Norman near University

Room was spacious, and very clean, including bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and enjoyed the large TV and desk area. Nice amenities like toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion). Breakfast was decent, cereals, yogurt, waffle machine, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. Rooms were very quiet, as I could hear the neighbors tv very loud when I passed their door in the hallway but once in our room I couldn't hear it anymore. Good location next to the highway and mall, as well as restaurants and shopping all nearby. Would stay again, nice clean room for the fair price paid.

The room was extremely clean and I'm picky. The staff were all very friendly and air conditioning was cold. And this is the first hotel I stayed at were I liked there coffee 😂 we will stay there again if we are ever in that area again.

The room was hot when I arrived. The air had not been turned on at all. It took over two hours for the room to cool down. I don't understand they have a reservation and they know what room they are going to put you in why they can't turn on the air conditioner or heater prior to arrival. This doesn't make it very welcoming when the room is scorching or freezing depending on the weather.

Best value in the OKC area. Quiet, clean, walk to dining and shopping. I will stay here again.

The place was good , clean room , clean sheets. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly , probably need put more attention on maintenance, all in all it was a good place to spend the night and continue driving the next day .

This is the second time we’ve got burned. Wife and I stayed for our anniversary and she called ahead of time to make sure the indoor pool was working. Went for an evening swim and the heated pool was ice cold. Then at 2 am I got a text alert when our charges hit my account and they overcharged us! Been calling them for a week and the manager is conveniently never in. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never seen such poor customer service.

Nice hotel with lower rates than most Norman locations, particularly during events. Friendly staff and clean.

Ac was broken took multiple days to fix. TV didn't work for that long either. Was questioned about the people in my group when I was there for a softball r for my daughter. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our room had several issues that made our stay disappointing. Most concerning was the door handle, which did not work properly. The door could not be securely locked, and when it did lock, the handle got stuck so it could not be opened again. This was not a problem when we were inside the room since there was a security bolt and latch, but we could not secure the room when we left bc we would not have been able to get back in to our room. So we had to leave the door a crack open when we left the room as well as take our valuables everytime we left. I asked the front desk to address this but unfortunately nothing was done. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and there was no tray or proper holder to use for brewing the in-room coffee. Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses them, especially the door lock for guest safety.
