One of the beds in our room had three areas with blood and a hair on it. We had to move rooms after a very long day of travel. The stairway was dirty and a used band aid was laying on a step. It was all disconcerting. We stay at holiday inn express motels often but maybe not again.

Happy with how clean, the breakfast staff so nice & food was good!! Liked the snacks in the late afternoon. All around great!!

Hotel room was very nice. Check in was easy. Close to interstate, easy, close to hobby lobby :).

Tried checking in at 3:00 which was check in time and was told that the room I reserved the month before was not ready and it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30! They told me they had an other room but had queen beds instead of the king beds I had reserved. So I asked if I was going to get a discount and she told me she would not be able to do that and I still had to pay the same price as the other room I did not get!!

Breakfast was beyond other hotel offerings. Staff kept area clean and they were friendly to customers. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Good location, facility was clean. Breakfast was decent and staff was stocking items as the morning went on. Check in was quick amd overall pleased with our stay.

The hotel was good, beds very comfy. The area around the hotel was an interesting mixed bag of places, gas stations, car dealership and a hobby lobby in a very weird place, but the staff recommended a couple of places to eat and we went to Cedars. Definitely worth checking out.

Clean, comfortable room, bathroom, beds. Great location in North Platte. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here next time we are in North Platte.
