I cannot express just how fabulous and rejuvenating this three-night stay has been for my mum, sister and I. From moment we stepped into the building, our every need was met and enquiry satisfied by the most welcoming staffing team. A special mention simply has to be extended to Annette, a brilliant smile, kind heart and witty humour put me right at ease from the get go! True hospitality seems to come second-hand to you Annette and I felt genuinely taken care of, for this I’m eternally grateful. See you again soon!

Katrina’s coffee and service really made our day, would recommends! Lovely ice caramel Latte and croissants! New area in springs is really nice and modern!! Not too busy and very relaxing after a long hard gym session in the new gym!!!!!!!!

This review is for the Spa Cafe. I get my coffee regularly from here (thanks 100 club 🤩) and the staff here are really friendly and welcoming, particularly Catrina, Alex and Karen. The cafe is always clean with lots of delicious cakes on offer and usually vegan cakes too 👏. Plenty of coffees and teas to choose from, with a good selection of dairy milk alternatives. I haven’t tried the cold drink selection yet.

Having been a member all through the extensive refurbishment i thought i would write another review as the facilities within the health and fitness suite are a huge improvement with a more spacious, better equipped gym now being available as well as bespoke fitness suites with quality kit aimed at circuit and boxing based training. The staff are as exceptional as always and the new facilities have given them a better platform to showcase their skills, particularly Gemma who seems to live in the gym working with people of all fitness levels and pushing them towards their goals. There are now more classes available due to the improved studios which are always full so book your place early if you want to be involved in those. Highly recommended

Now that I’ve retired and become increasingly conscious of how unfit I have become in recent years, I’ve taken out a membership here. It’s a comfortable and relaxing place to spend time between the numerous activities on offer. Having now had several training sessions with Deepak, I can begin to see the difference it is making to my fitness. He is unfailingly encouraging but also pushes you to just beyond what you feel you can do, and leaves you with a feeling of belief in yourself.

Great staff and facilities. I can highly recommend PT sessions with Tom (Thomas Dolman), not only does he provide encouragement during my sessions but he inspires me to push myself further each time. His knowledge and expertise is evident in planning sessions specific to my needs, focusing on improving my technique and increasing my strength (whilst taking in to account my limitations due to previous injuries). And Springs also offers a comfortable environment to relax in after excercise sessions too.

The instructors here are fantastic! Tom Dolman, especially, has been a great PT! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and has helped me achieve my training goals leading up to a big event. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for personalised training and support.

I’m a member of the health club and enjoy the gym facilities & helpfulness of the fitness team. I have invested in personal training sessions with Deepak which have been brilliant in building my strength, fitness & confidence. Deepak gives the right amount of challenge & motivation. He’s knowledgeable, explains things clearly & makes tough sessions fun. I am really pleased by what Deepak has helped me achieve.

I have been a member at Champneys Springs for many years now. I really enjoy the Pilates classes. Tom & Deepak are both amazing. They both have different styles of Pilates but equally as good as each other. I always feel like I have had a good workout.
