The Nomadic Hotel

Would love to stay here again if I come back to Nosara. Was really beautifully finished with a modern and clean aesthetic. Stayed in the dorm and it didn’t feel small or cramped but a really great way to meet other solo travellers. Food was amazing! Location great, too. Yoga in the high season was a lovely addition too

Great location, nice building, helpful staff. The place would be great if they invested a little into beds. The beds are horrible and cheap, made from synthetic materials. It’s a shame to do everything you can to improve your health, then have to sleep in a bed that does the opposite. Otherwise, nice spot.

A lot of room for improvement. First off. Beautiful hotel. Small but stunning building. Very small. Gorgeous yoga area. Cute little pool. Daughter is a teen but wouldn’t want to stay here with young kids. Pool would be boring for them and rooms aren’t super quiet, it would be uncomfortable to have young kids in such a small peaceful setting. Sadly upon check in the woman was not friendly nor very helpful. Nowhere to store luggage while room wasnt ready. Power and therefore water was out and no offer for any waters. I felt like I was putting her out with simple questions. Another reviewer nailed it on the head. 5 star hotel with a hostel like experience. No beach towels (they are quick to point out they would charge you if you used their towels). No laundry service or self laundry (we were only half way thru trip and needed to do a quick load). Not close to beach (nothing is as its a Blue Zone, but still not close at all). I will give credit to both bartenders. Friendly and lovely. This place would be perfect if some simple gestures were extended like beach towels or even towel or chair rentals! Or even hey heres a free beer or juice while you wait for power to come back on. Or even a super friendly staff at desk to make you feel welcome. Also she was clear she is only here 8-5, so pretty much if you get locked out of your room (you get ONE key only she said lol) you are SOL lol. Ahhhhhh I think ill try another place next stay!!! Also my rate was several hundred per night so dont feel like I am thinking unreasonably! Also please clean your pation chaises, gross!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nomadic hotel!! We only have great things to say. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was delicious (it's 100% organic!!), the staff was friendly and professional... They also have a super nice and relaxing pool (bonus for being partly shaded), free yoga classes daily, and bikes that you can use. The hotel is gorgeous, the atmosphere is great, and excellent location. It's very close the the beach where we surfed every day! We 100% recommend and will stay here when we come back! Gracias!!

We booked this hotel based upon recommendation of my brother, his wife and two girls (13 and 11) who stayed in March 2023 and absolutely loved it. Even before we arrived, Sandra & Anthony were so responsive and helpful in setting up dinner reservations and surf lessons for us as well as transportation to/from the Nosara Airport. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it. Sandra was wonderful with checking us in and as requested, they had set up a sweet balloon bouquet with cold beers on ice for my husband’s Birthday. Our stay was absolutely perfect - this peaceful oasis is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly (really great experiences with Sandra, Anthony, Daniella, Levy, Saul, and Geraldina), the food was incredible, pool refreshing, and rooms extremely comfortable and very functional. We just love the decor and attention to every detail. We also did the wonderful daily yoga class with Lauren and she was great and adjusted for all levels. The location is perfect and you are able to walk everywhere from the hotel (beach a 5 minute walk, restaurants all nearby and easy to get to). We really loved the daily breakfast special as well as the smoothies and Acai Bowl as well as the Guacamole and Ceviche. Coffee in the morning was delicious, too! We have already booked to come back for three weeks in June and can’t wait! This is an absolute gem and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, calm, peaceful place that is just beautiful with an incredible team who cares a lot about your experience.

Great experience! I got to spend some time with the owners while I was there and they were amazingly helpful and kind. With free yoga and breakfast included there isn’t much to complain about. I left some clothes behind by mistake and the team couldn’t have been more helpful in getting them back to me in NYC. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for one night, wish it was many more! The yoga space is so zenned out and beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The coffee was fantastic. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The pool is also a great amenity. Hope to stay again when I come back to Costa Rica!

This place is amazing! The property is beautiful And the staff is incredible. Delicious breakfast is included and a nice healthy light menu to order is available. Close proximity to the beach and beach bikes are available to use free of charge. Surfboard lockers provided and a beautiful yoga studio on the premises with daily classes. This place is a gem and can’t wait to come back to Nosara and stay at the Nomadic.

Beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my time. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Would go back again in a heart beat.
