EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Great rooms, quiet beach, GORGEOUS VIEWS, and excellent food. The staff was fantastic, Julie was great and the assistant manager so kind an lovely. Everyone there had big smiles and were so kind... Many Italians stay there, so they really need good food and it delivers...I was so comfortable there, I slept great and I highly recommend this property

The Italian staff was quite predatory with ****** undertones. Particularly Marco and Alex, those of which who asked me and my friend ( two underaged girls of colour) to go out to town/bars with them. One of them was quite persistent and according to the chefs this is a frequent event whenever they see Malagasy/ coloured guests. Once confronted they were saying that they don’t usually go out with guests as it’s a mixture of work and play. And stated that we weren’t considered “work”. He further said that we aren’t Italian, and therefore aren’t real guests/real work. Though we are guests, who pay the same price. On top of that the food really isn’t good, so there’s that. Better to get your own Villa or go to a different hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. Save your money and go anywhere else. 0 out of 10 rating

Non si può dire male del villaggio, che è ben curato e organizzato.Avendo smarrito la valigia per tutta la durata della vacanza,lo staff e in particolare Alessio,hanno fatto di tutto per soccorrerci.Il problema purtroppo è la spiaggia.Probabilmente a causa di canali di raccolta delle acque piovane,in quella zona il mare è fangoso come l'estuario del Tevere a Fiumicino.Tutt'altro che il mare turchino che ci si può aspettare.Soluzioni possibili:bypassare la spiaggia e godersi la bella piscina,consigliato per le famiglie con bambini.Altra possibilità sfruttare tute le gite offerte nelle isole vicine che sono meravigliose. Suggerimento ai gestori del villaggio:costruire un pontile come è frequente trovare nel mar rosso fino a raggiungere la barriera corallina.Attrezzare pattini e pedalò per oltrepassare i primi cento metri e fare il bagno in acque pulite.

Villaggio ben curato nell’ordine e nella pulizia con personale del bar , delle pulizie e della Spa molto gentile ed accogliente. Altro fiore all’occhiello il ristorante con buoni piatti locali ed internazionali. Grande Nassar che era il re delle crepes al tramonto. Direttore sempre presente e disponibile così come l’animazione e tutto il personale Veratour in primis la cara Manuela ! Uniche pecche: il mare con sabbia scura ed in cui a volte i locali fanno il bagno ai loro Zebu’ e la reception che, con falsa gentilezza, difficilmente risolve i problemi e soprattutto una ragazza che ,in maniera scorretta , ha “dimenticato “ di segnalare un pagamento già’ fatto per una chiave della camera che è’ stata pagata per due volte!

Siamo partiti per il nostro viaggio di nozze ed è stata una bella meta dove potersi rilassare ma anche partire all’avventura con le tante gite organizzate e godere delle meravigliose persone , luoghi e cultura del Madagascar. Cibo e animazione super, li staff veraclub ha saputo sostenerci e aiutarci in ogni momento, sono rimasti nei nostri cuori!

Bellissima struttura personale , animazione vera club , tutto a 7 stelle !Siamo tornati ieri sera una vacanza splendida 4 adulti e 2 bambini 3 e 4 anni ! Il mangiare buonissimo non trovavo una cosa che non era buona 🙄😍 Il personale sempre gentile gli ragazzi di vera club idem top top ! Antonio simpaticissimo ci ha fatto morire delle risate,Tania Era sempre con i piccoli baby dance,piscina festa con la pantera blu e tante altre cose carine per i piccoli ♥️Siamo stati veramente benissimo e ci siamo divertiti un sacco, sicuramente prossima vacanza sarà sempre con Vera club ♥️Grazie di tutto!!!
