An extraordinary experience, hotel is managing in best standards, starting with amazing people, and with all single service. Reception, hospitality, restaurant, lobby, cleaning services on top quality. Customer care, and detailed focused. Amazing space, clean and well organized, fantastic pools, and sun bada area. Delicious food, great animations with ****n. Can’t imagine better place for rest and joy. It was my one of a greatest hospitality experiences ever. Well done. ☀️✨

Amazing hotell! We had been travelling around Madagascar and spent our last days at Royal Beach which felt like a paradise on a luxury hotel! Amazing surroundings, above expectations friendly management and staff, clean and very comfortable pool and beach area. It was simple to get around and the hotel was gladly helping us to arrange tours (which we also highly recommend) by the hotel. Food was also above expectations with a varied meny and very serving staff at the restaurant. All in all, a very good vibe at a very nice hotell. We have been travelling much around and I would definately come back to this place and recommend it to my friends! Thank you for making our vacation its best! Kind regards, Birgitte and Jonas

An outstanding resort, in a Tropical dreamland such as Nosy Be, Madagascar. Tropical well kept and preserved environment, nice buildings: modern and functional but at the same time not too impacting on landscape and local style. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, prompt and polite staff, good food and very nice and relaxing spa and pools. Friendly animation and plenty of excursion possibility, very easy and quick to organize and enjoy, bringing you to lots amazing paradises all around resort, in a 1h radius by motorboat or car. Added value of fascinating sunsets on the beach at any given day! Only (small) problems: - although supposed to be available over entire resort, wi-fi is working decently only next to reception; everywhere else is weak and frequently down; - an ATM inside the resort would be useful.

100 would stay here again . Amazing food . Nice beach and beach chairs . Everything you need to relax . And they help book any tour you need .

The little paradise , after an unfortunate flight to the Seychelles - very bad meteo diverted to madagaskar . Stress fatigue and gruelling administration . When we arrived we were met personally by Mr Antonio . Director of the hotel . With his engaging personality, his understanding and his sincere desire to offer us stranded travellers a nice holiday he went to extremes. As a polyglot, he understands the art of receiving people. Highly recommended hotel. Beautiful modern rooms and spotless clean. Hidden gem!

Bel hôtel très bien entretenu, les extérieurs sont bien aménagés, les jardins sont très propres. Petit bémol : pas de bouteilles d'eau fournies dans la chambre (sauf à l'arrivée le 1er jour) Belle plage dans l'ensemble avec transats et parasols pour se protégé du soleil et toujours nettoyé devant l'hôtel. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable, poli et toujours aux petits soins pour ses clients. La restauration est très bonne et de qualité et variée tous les jours. L'équipe d'animation est très sympathique et disponible pour proposer des activités auprès des vacanciers. Un grand merci à l'équipe FRAM (Dollys et Anna) pour l'accueil, l'accompagnement des clients, leur gentillesse et disponibilité. cet Hôtel mériterait une 5ème étoile !!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio padre e con amici. Molto bello e pulito, cibo ottimo è vario, camerieri sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Il giardino è sempre curato in maniera ******ale dagli addetti, la sala ristorante sempre pulita ed in ordine. Cucina ottima, buffet vario e di qualità. Abbiamo organizzato in settimana una cena di aragosta privata, servita con un eccezionale antipasto di sushi e un' aragosta intera, cucinata benissimo, che non finiva più, una cena che in Italia ci sarebbe costata 180/200 euro e che ci è quasi stata regalata (mio padre è chef internazionale...). Abbiamo sfruttato anche la zona relax. La spiaggia è ben tenuta ed il punto mare lì davanti non è male, è perfetta anche per passeggiate lungomare. La marea si percepisce ma non disturba. Mattina e pomeriggio sono disponibili snack come pizza e sandwich ma anche biscotti frutta e dolci . Animazione presente ma non invadente. Ho seguito poco le loro attività, a dir la verità, ma ho assistito allo spettacolo di fuoco che i ragazzi hanno proposto in spiaggia, molto suggestivo e ben fatto. Lo Consiglio vivamente.

Resort quattro stelle in cui ci siamo trovati veramente bene!! Parto parlando del cibo, ottimo e abbondante, anche il ristorante alla carta dove abbiamo cenato una sera era sugli standard italiani, vista la qualitá credo abbiano un chef italiano altrimenti non mi spiego come sia possibile. Le camere belle, molto spaziose e pulite. L'animazione perfetta mai invadente, per di più sono tutti ragazzi del posto, il che fa' piacere perchè almeno danno da lavorare alle persone locali che ne hanno bisogno. Ragazzi gentilissimi che oltre sapere il francese sanno anche parlare italiano e ti possono quindi raccontare le tradizioni del posto. La posizione va benissimo per tutte le escursioni. Il mare non è certo quello delle maldive ma chi va in madagascar credo ci vada per altro, noi eravamo stati avvisati dall'agenzia. In ogni caso ci siamo trovati bene anche in questo, poiché la spiaggia é pulita, il mare é caldo solo un po' torbido in quanto il fondale molto sabbioso. Altre due cose super positive sono: - uno che nonostate la zona del vilaggio sia chiusa e molto sicura presidiata, la spiaggia (e in particolare il bagnoasciuga) è aperta e quando ci sono gli spettacoli musicali anche i bambini locali ne posso godere la visione. - due che tutto il personale è estremamente educato e cordiale. Insomma complimenti veramente. Qualità prezzo eccellente!
