Zahir Country House is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff, who made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thought out, making our stay truly special. The breakfast each morning had a variety of options to start the day right. We also had the chance to enjoy some of their cooking, and it was nothing short of amazing. The pool area was stunning. We especially loved the outdoor cinema; it was such a unique and fun experience to watch a movie under the stars. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with lush grounds that invite you to explore or simply unwind. Everything was well-kept, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. Zahir Country House is truly a wonderful place to relax. We can’t wait to come back!

The whole hotel is in a sad state. People working there are not nice a woman in the kitchen was screaming in the morning. Breakfast was minimal with questionable hygiene. The spa looks like some junk yard. The only good thing with the hotel is the pool that is nice and big.

Terrible place, dirty, overpriced. Owner is arrogant, argumentative and looking for a fight (that's the Roma guy from Varna). Loud, woke up all guests in the middle of the night. Walks like he owns the village. Avoid if you value your peace and comfort.

My husband and I chose to spend our mini moon at Zahir. We completely fell in love with the place: the peaceful energy surrounding it all, the magical landscape with olive trees, Bougainville and plants all around it, and the gentle sound of the birds singing. But most of all, we were amazed by the kindness and availability of its people: Valerio and Ferdinando made sure we were doing great every day, Maria Luisa cooking the most amazing food and sharing laughs with us and last by not least Giovanni, the captain of the sailing boat (available for Zahir guests only - recommend 1000%!), took us on a day trip out in the south Sicilian coast, which was unforgettable. We’re so sad to leave and will come back for sure very soon; couldn’t recommend this place more.

This hotel is perfect to explore the south eastern side of Sicily. We had two rooms for a week, both very clean and well presented. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is excellent - large, clean and situated in lovely grounds. There are more than enough loungers and other poolside furniture for all the guests. Breakfasts included gorgeous home prepared pastries which were really tasty with different ones each day along side the usual fresh fruit, cereals etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived until departure. Our return flight was cancelled by BA three days before departure and whilst Zahir was fully booked they allowed us to use the spa, for the extra day until our rearranged flight, for no extra charge providing clean towels etc. This went above and beyond and was offered as soon as we explained the predicament BA had left us in. We would definitely love to return - this is a beautiful area - and would highly recommend Zahir. A car is probably almost essential although it’s not far to Noto and other nearby villages but we didn’t try the taxis so that may be alternative. Thanks to everyone at Zahir for helping to make our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. We hope to see you again one day.

Excellente surprise que ce petit coin de paradis qu’est le Zahir Country House. L’emplacement est ultra tranquille et très ressourçant, le staff ainsi que la direction sont aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Les installations sont soignées, la piscine est très attractive par son désign et sa propreté et les chambres décorées avec goût d’ailleurs, l’hôtel très charmant est parsemé d’objets d’arts. Le petit déjeuner copieux et garni de produits faits « maison » suffit largement à réjouir nos papilles même s’il ne faut pas s’attendre à avoir du saumon ou du champagne, heureusement… Bref magnifique expérience pour nous. Nous avons passé quelques jours au Zahir, et telle fut notre deception dès notre arrivée. Les photos du site de reservation sont très flatteuses par rapport à la réalité. En effet, le lieu, les chambres, les infrastructures ont besoin d'une bonne renovation. Les matériaux, la constructions ne sont pas de qualité et ont besoin d'une renovation, que ce soit la salle de bain, les sanitaires... tout cela est caché par une décoration compliquée, lourde, poussiéreuse, très présente et pas forcement séduisante. (la pelouse en plastique sur les terrasses est étonnante !) On est bien loin du charme Baroque de la voisine Noto Le petit déjeuner est très faible, sans saveur, sans propositions. C'est dommage, car nous avions envie de profiter de cet endroit au milieu des oliviers et à courte distance des plages. Le service est assez confus Le point positive est la piscine.

Per la prima volta, dopo tanto viaggiare, sono andata via da un posto con una lacrimuccia agli occhi. Non appena arrivata mi sono detta, ecco in questo posto io ci vorrei vivere, ed infatti i proprietari cosi hanno deciso di fare, E come se non bastasse la bellezza del luogo, loro ti accolgono proprio come fosse una grande casa. Sono gentili, pieni di attenzioni e di buoni consigli. Insieme a tutto lo staff creano un'atmosfera di relax e confort. La struttura è molto bella, arredata con uno splendido gusto che mescola in perfetta armonia amore per l'arte e raffinatezza ma in perfetto stile "country". La nostra camera era molto confortevole. Comoda la zona armadio e il bagno. La colazione ricca e con prodotti sempre freschi e fatti in casa. La piscina è stupenda, ha due zone idromassaggio e una lunga e larga scalinata per scendere in acqua cosi che nelle giornate piu afose puoi stenderti li a prendere il sole e stare al fresco. La zona piscina comunque è ventilata ed ombreggiata grazie alla splendida vegetazione circostante. Ma se hai voglia di fare un bagno a mare (e chi non ne ha),la struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Eloro nella Riserva di Vendicari e non devi nemmeno andarci in auto ( sperando di trovare un posto dove parcheggiarla) perchè dall'hotel ti accompagneranno con una macchinina elettrica, passando attraverso una splendida campagna, e ti daranno anche un ombrellone da portare con te!

Situé dans un cadre idyllique, cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, niché au cœur d'une nature luxuriante. Un refuge parfait pour une parenthèse enchanteresse qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer en famille. Cette demeure magnifiquement rénovée conjugue habilement le confort moderne d’un grand hôtel avec un charme authentique. La décoration, en parfaite harmonie avec la nature environnante et les traditions locales, crée une atmosphère apaisante. Un grand bravo à Alessia pour avoir su façonner ce cadre unique. L’accueil, digne d’un palace, est assuré par une équipe attentionnée et dévouée, qui a su rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous tenons à saluer particulièrement Simona, Davide, Sébastien, Antonio, Shan et Tonio pour leur hospitalité exceptionnelle. Un clin d’œil spécial à Sylvia pour les séances d’aquagym, très appréciées par mon épouse. Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une cuisine raffinée, mettant en valeur les spécialités locales, à ne pas manquer. Nous avons également découvert trois plages magnifiques à proximité : Eloro, Pizzura et Calamosche. Quant aux villes proches, Noto, Syracuse et Ragusa, elles se trouvent à moins de 30 minutes de route.
