Friendly, efficient check-in. Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels and nice toiletries. Only two teabags in the hospitality tray, but was able to get some more at breakfast from the staff.
Tasty breakfast, which was good value. No complaints.

Super clean hotel and very friendly staff on what was a very busy Boxing Day check-in.
Great hotel for the price.
My only ******* - the towel rail in the bathroom came loose a few times and I would've preferred slightly softer pillows but neither of those things are show stoppers.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay in Porthcawl.

It is hard to walk up to the narrow stairs with luggage. The room is a little bit small but the bed is comfortable. I like it there is a kettle in the room that I can make some tea on a cold night. It was very close to the venue we needed to go. The restaurant was busy and the food looked good but we didn't have time.

Great food nice large room with good ammonites also has free parking nice friendly staff.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment for a night while travelling. A warm welcome, a clean fresh room, excellent food, friendly locals, comfy bed, relaxed a**osphere. Will definetly stay again when next in the area.

Really nice pub/ hotel, great food and drinks. It was extremely busy in the restaurant because of the good weather but did seem to be short of staff, despite this my food was perfect and the service was excellent. Will stay here again. Obviously have a good manager here....
