House keeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am on a check-out day and asked what time I would leave 😡. The rest was fine. Amenities not in room but u can ask for it

People, pay attention: when you get to your rooms, always check the a/c, especially in the summer. It seems this hotel has huge problems with the a/c and the whole management and no matter if the a/c is broken in the rooms, they'll still put you there and charge you the absolutely same amount of money as for a "normal" room. Absolutely unacceptable for NH Collection, excuse me!!
My case: I went to my room and thought everything is ok. 4 hours later I figured out that the a/c doesn't cool down the room, but only the ventilation & heating functions are working. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me: "I can't do anything right now, you just open your window and tomorrow when the technician can't repair the a/c, your room will be changed". ***?! Really?! NH Collection??
On the next day they have me another room, where the a/c worked exactly for 24h. On the day I had to check-out, the a/c stopped working as well. The lady at the reception only said: " Oh, also this room needs to be repaired". When she opened her list, there were at least 10 rooms marked red with broken a/c.
In sum: Never again there!!!

There is a train station right across the street and there is the central one within 10 mins walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful we will defiantly stay at this hotel next time

建議對氣味敏感的慎選這家，客房有難除的體味痕跡。入住當天安排的一間通風半天多，回酒店仍是難以接受，找前台換了三次，後續幾間略好些，但還是有。鑒於夜深，前台又有些不可理解，衹能勉強接受。連續四天的通風和猛噴香水，離店前還是不能消除這頑固的氣味。真是絕無僅有的一次體驗...
對歐洲四星酒店而言，這家NH雖有點年份，但整體品質是不錯的:房間隔音不錯、面積足夠、床舒適、浴缸擋水隔斷優秀，酒店地段也不錯，交通方便，離老城步行不到10分鐘。
當然也有些問題:紙巾盒鬆動、沙發椅有污漬、熱水壺漏水、馬桶蓋小缺損、毛巾有黑條痕跡...但在異味困擾面前，這些都太微不足道了。

Excelente estancia en el hotel español ubicado a 5 minutos de la estación central de Nuremberg. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, la que me tocó era con vistas al patio interior, muy tranquila y silenciosa. De temperatura estaban bien, no excesivo calor por calefacción. Quizás la única pega negativa sería no disponer de SmartTv que no permita visualizar contenidos desde tus aparatos electrónicos personales.
