Very satisfied with this hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Receptionist also very friendly. Definitely will repeat this hotel.

Clean and spacious hotel
Cleanliness:
- In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate except for the kitchen area where u can easily find ants near the bin area. However, no physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room.
- The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time.
Amenities:
- Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv.
- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games.
- The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the balcony.
- The shower area is very clean. And the master room comes with bath tub.
- Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default.
Food Choices:
- There are not many eateries around the area. There's a 7-11 walkable from the hotel.
There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. .
Service:
- They forgot to do the housekeeping when we came back in the evening, but once u call them, they came right away.
On the overall, I will definitely come back again. Very affordable rates for a well-known hotel.

I love their mascots. When me and my wife visited the hotel, it was nearing the end of Ramadan and the hotel was nicely decorated to celebrate eid. Wish they have their mascots in the traditional baju kurong as that would be so cute. Being greeted by two teddy bears is not something you would experience everyday. The gym was decent but I wish it was opened for longer hours. Some hotel gyms open for 24 hours for those wanting to get some midnight sweat. The facilities were nice and the staffs were very friendly. My only gripe is that the hotel needs more maintenance works in the foreseeable future and the distance to malls like paradigm takes quite a bit. Love the hotel otherwise with its cute mascot and friendly staffs! Also the coffee machine is always our of service which is a bummer.

A great location if you plan to visit some patient at Gleneagles hospital. Quiet and nice ambiance! However, it will be quite challenges to find food surrounding without own transport.

The room was big and spacious. Very near to LEGOLAND within 5 mins walking distance. There’s 7-11 and a small 24 hour supermarket. Only thing is the sofa seems to have dust mites. Cause a lot of itchiness sitting on it.

We decided to book another night as it is so near to Legoland. Spacious rooms with view on 31st floor.

Counter staffs are excellent and professional. I stayed from 10-13 March in 11012. I like to visit this hotel everytime we come to Legoland. This hotel is the best in Johor Legoland. Highly recommended for families going to legoland. Walking distance about 5-7mins walk.

It’s our 2nd times staying in this hotel. So far everything is good for the price we pay for. Just walking distance to Legoland and we always managed to get a Legoland view room..
