One of the best hotel i visited ever.The staff was very friendly. Deepan,sulochana & ravi gave us a super customer service.Rooms were very clean and neat.Its was beautiful around.Specious car park is there.Highly recommended to this hotel♥️

We came for our honeymoon to this beautiful castle, the location is really beautiful and the staff here are friendly and always welcoming especially sulochana who always has a smile and enthuiastic whenever we saw her during our stay and she was very helpful to us. We reserved the summit room with an extra ordinary mountain view and the deco they made for the room was too beautiful. The dinner was excelent and the only minus is they do not have meat option in the breakfast and if required we have to get on extra cost though we went on Bed and Breakfast basis. We highly recommend this place and will definetly visit again with my parents.

This place is an absolute gem. We all enjoyed the beautifully appointed rooms, common area and the garden. The view from anywhere in the hotel was spectacular, even at night. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All staff were very attentive and accommodating.

Food was very delicious. Both the breakfast & the lunch we had was tasty. room service was great. Everybody in the hotel were very friendly and they made our stay a memorable one. The view was very nice. We stayed at the summit mountain view room. We will surely come back with our families next time.

We went as a family and stayed in the royal rest suite. The location was amazing, giving a panoramic view of the village below. The suite was excellent. Had a huge space with a carpeted floor consisting of two beds and a sofa area. The children had an amazing time. The sofa area includes a large window with the best view. Room,Bathroom,Linen and Towels were all good and clean. We went for the Ala carte menu in which the food was good and tasty and reasonably priced. Hotel has a well-maintained small garden.Staff was friendly and very supportive. A definite value for money, a place we would surely visit again..

The staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were really comfy and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. Meals we had were amazing and the location was really attractive. Highly recommend the place.

We stayed only for one night on our roundtrip. Rating the hotel is a bit difficult. Service is great, everyone is friendly and attentive. Compared to other hotels we stayed in, it is a fair 4 out of 5, but it was also the cheapest hotel in our trip, so value for money works well. Positive: - friendly and attentive Service - great views - room size and bathroom Negative: - limited food options - our room was rather cold / no heater/AC. Ok for 1 night, so didn't ask for a mobile heater (which they seem to have)

Nice place with nice view and good food .the hotel is at a hill with a nice piduruthalagala mountain view. The rooms are clean and tidy and the food is also good and tastier,if ordered on time you can get it as requested. We recommend the place to visit.

Friendly and helpful staff, super service. Hotel is situated in a place where you can see Nuwara Eliya town in an Ariel view. Easy to travel distance to Gregory Lake, Victoria park and Moon plains, etc. English breakfast is best ! Worth stay !
