配的晚餐就一份炒飯！難吃就算了嘛！居然開餐時間是19:30！全世界都沒得這麼晚開餐的酒店民宿吧！人都餓暈了上來一碗炒飯！！這是什麼配置？！大家千萬避坑！沒有一點服務意識！房間奇小又舊！發現19:30沒有其他客人到餐廳用餐，我好奇的問了下，説是其他客人都在房間用餐！房間那麼小怎麼用餐？！所有其他客人都不出來餐廳那麼巧合？！懂的該懂了吧！有歧視嫌疑！

An amazing place with amazing and really accommodating staff. From reception to kitchen staff and house keeping everyone is really people friendly. Great view of the lake. Our room was lovely and neat. Sunit and team went bourbon their way to accommodate our vegetarian meal preferences

This hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful service and spacious rooms with a terrace area. There are lovely views over the lake. Unfortunately there are some downsides, depending what you are looking for. It's nowhere near cafes or other services, being situated up a steep hill, hence the great views. When we stayed, there was a fairground across the other side of the lake and the noise echoed up. I don't know how often this occurs, maybe only once a year. Also, next to our room there was a "disco room" which seemed a bit odd - maybe they rent the place out to small groups? Anyway, I wouldn't like to be staying there during someone else's party. Otherwise, it's very good, if a little pricey given the downsides.

This was great place. Location food service was excellent. I recommend this place to anyone Good access to various places. Wonderful view of greagory lake and mount පිදුරුතලාගල ... Very friendly staff and nice rooms with all the amenities ..

They have excellent staff who are so courteous and helpful. Praveen and Sinit were very polite and went out of their way to help us.The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were with amazing view. I would love to come back again here……………..

It's a nice little villa that's perched on top of a hill in the highlands of Nuwara Eliya. It offers a great view of Gregory Lake, and the ammenities are great. Staff are attentive, friendly and approachable. Beds are comfortable and room, clean and spacious. Something to pay attention to, and probably out of the control, is that the road leading up to the place is steep, narrow and (under rainy weather conditions), rather dangerous for vehicles. For a wonderful area with a cool climate such as Lake Gregory, do expect visitors to want to walk, and while there's also a short cut down from the Villa, the steps are not well maintained - there's no handrails, and steps are equally steep and slippery - those with weak knees may want to be careful. Otherwise, for what it offers, it is great service and value, has awesome views and a good recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

My husband and I had a one night stay at this hotel. Beautiful location with amazing views. Very hospitable manager and staff. Food was well prepared. Clean and neat rooms and bathroom. Lovely view of Gregory lake from this hotel. Would love to visit here again.

From the first moment, my family and I stepped into the hotel, it was clear that excellence was the standard. The managers' warm and personalized greetings made me feel like a valued guest, and their genuine interest in ensuring my comfort was evident throughout my stay. The impeccable service extended to every corner of the hotel, from the impeccably clean rooms to the exquisite dining options prepared by the remarkable chef and his team. Stayed here between 02nd may , 2 nights with my family , i would say it was one of my best stays , the beautiful view of gegory lake , from the balcony of the room given to us , so so mindblowing , the location of the boutique hotel is just opposite Gegory lake , the staff and food is good , the rooms are super clean and well maintained , we enjoyed our stay, thanks to Dushan the manager , he took good care of us
