It is clean, modern, double bed with duvet. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to use a spare room to dry our clothes which was very helpful for our onward journey. They spoke very good English too. So far the best shower I have had in Sri Lanka - it has its own boiler system so nice and hot and the pressure is strong. The WiFi was also good enough to stream movies on our devices. Not given 5/5 due to still semi under construction- the floors are tiled throughout and this carries the noise so at night we could hear doors banging as guests came and went - however this was a small price to pay for the tremendous service they gave to us. Actually very budget friendly and much better option than others in the area

Never ever go here. The reservations are taken in by a woman called "Sadeepa" and assures that its all confirmed and ready for you. After driving all the way from Colombo, and when arrived at the property, we were told that its fully booked and our reservation is never received. When contacted the woman replied "Dr Binaji will call you". Utter liars and deceivers. Also, the property is advertised as "excellent views". Its in the midst of concrete buildings half finished and even the road is under construction. Never believe the lies in the advertisements.

Hotel di recente costruzione, anzi, ancora in costruzione. Non ha ancora il ristorante attivo e non offre la colazione. L'entrata al momento è ancora inesistente. La camera Deluxe è ampia e confortevole. Il letto pure. Per una cifra veramente contenuta questo alloggio va più che bene
