The stay was wonderful and rooms were very spacious and it’s a beautiful location . The people are very friendly and respectful I would like to recommend this hotel to my family members we stayed in the duplex model room and the room was really comfortable

Stay and food was great. House keeping staff were too warm. Especially Mr. Anthony helped as to stay at ease. Thanks for rhe help Mr. Anthony. Nuwara eliya is a superb place to stay with family and friends. Superb weather, warm people. Thank you NUWARA ELIYA for making this trip memorable

We just stay with n the hotel for one day, but was enough to appreciate the hotel, the staff, and the food 😁. -the hotel staff in general, is kind and willing to help you with everything that you need. -the hotel is Nice, cozy and has the necessary for your stance. The common areas are comfortable just like the rooms, we had a minor issue, but they helped us right away. -the food, in my opinion, can be summed up in one word ¡delicious!

Very nice accommodation with exelent hospitality. Hotel’s location is advantageous for some one looking to explore the town as the hotel is located in the middle of all attraction’s. I had a very nice experience and cant wait to come back again

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a fantastic experience. The buffet is primarily Western-focused, but it was delightful. The chef even offered us Sri Lankan curries, which were not available in the buffet. It was my mother's birthday, and the hotel went the extra mile by decorating her room and even offering us a small cake, free of charge. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked two rooms; one offered views of the city while the other faced the inside of the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Victoria Park and the city center. The only minor issue we noticed was some noise from outside seeping into our room. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Definitely recommended!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The greenery around the property is like awesome. The hospitality was good. Food was good, tasted an uniqueness and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We were there for lunch, a total of nine people. The food was so tasty, and there were many varieties to select from the buffet. The staff was so kind and quick enough to maintain cleanliness. The overall atmosphere is calm, neat and reading. Good parking space

We had a wonderful stay @ RIPON GRAND HILL during 18th & 19th August. From the check in onwards we experienced a friendly & professional service. RM Anura was there to welcome us personally. Chef Niranjan & his team dished out tasty meals continously. The Hotel is conveniently located & I am sure there will be plenty of repeat Guests like us due to excellent experience we had.

Good hotel. Very courteous staff. The food was quite good and the rooms were clean. Our room was well kept by George Anthony. The location was great and right next to the lake. The only thing that was a miss was the view from the room. Rest it's nice for a family stay
