Hotel is very poor and very bad experience - Never think to go to the hotels in the vacations of Eids - Poor service - Unavailability of snacks and soft drinks all of the time if checked in all inclusive - Narrow range of foods and not good taste - Air conditioners in rooms , reception and restaurant are not working - Bathroom of reception is not clean - Poor service from staff I didn’t find anything good The worst experience ever Not recommend at all

The towels ,the bed sheets weren't clean at all Very poor animation team No variety in food The worst thing is Mr.Ahmed at the reception who is very rude and don't know how to talk with guests !!!! Lake of staff ,so everything takes lot of time Bad house keeping but I guess this due to shortage in staff

From when we stepped in this hotel i could tell how welcoming the staff were and considerate mr Ahmed helped us by upgrading our room as we had an elderly mother and was difficult to climb the stairs so he upgraded our room in order to accommodate our mother, we had problem with one of the rooms and the staff were so helpful with everything Another point is the food is very flavorful and has good variety and again the staff is so helpful and always there to help The beach is so clean and clear beautiful water sand beaches clean well maintained There is a bar at the beach were Mohmoud is so friendly welcoming great attitude Also Mr Sobhi great thanks to him we had a great time The animation team is something else i have never seen such a great team so talented welcoming helpful we had a great time thanks to Maryam, Aya, Mido , Weja and Nady we all had a great time amazing shows daily a huge thank you to all

We enjoyed a lot in Time Coral hotel everything was amazing Rooms are clean Pool was big and clean The staff so friendly and helpful The food was tasty and smell good The animatiteam was active, funny and creative .. they make a different shows everyday and all the morning with a lot of activity

Good: It was a great experience, the hotels offers a lot of help to us. The staff were helpful. Rooms are clean. Bad: Hot water isn't available in the shower all the day. There aren't variety in sweets. Food weren't the best. I don't prefer to drink Juice or water from the dining room.

Bad hotel especially the lady at the reception who works as if at an official government office, not flexible at all. The hotel doesn't deserve the money we spent because of its bad receptionist. The reception lounge is very hot and the same is the restaurant. Paid too much money for two nights, when taking a hot drink while checking out they insisted to pay. Too many terrible dogs. Otherwise, there was a good waiter I didn't know his name , who served drinks at the restaurant was very polite and friendly. I don't recommend it till they respect their visitors.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention. To begin with, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, and the food served in the restaurant was of an unacceptably low quality, akin to asphalt. In fact, each of the three meals I had was worse than the last. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in both the reception area and the restaurant was highly uncomfortable, and the water I was served was of very poor quality. Given the numerous and significant shortcomings of your establishment, I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone stay at your hotel. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

The Service was good , room was good activities and beach too , but the food wasn't good, room furniture old, need to care more of cleaning of dishes and tableware,also there's alot of dogsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

The service was good , but some times the foods dose not the best , The beach is very good , good furniture in rooms and good customer service .. in the end over-all the hotel is good for get your own relaxtion timeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
