Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport

The hotel was a bit dated, but clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. The linens in the room were disappointing. The bath towel was frayed. The bedsheets were stiff and scratchy like Hospital sheets. The room was clean and tidy. In the late evening, a neighboring room came in from being out. They made a lot of noise going down the hall. They proceeded to turn on loud music. I asked the desk for a new room. They were very gracious. The new room was OK. It was situated over, the front door entrance. Throughout the early-morning hours people were entering the hotel and making lots of noise in the parking lot. Everything could be heard in the room. The breakfast and staff were very nice. The area that the hotel is located in has changed a lot in the last 20 years . It is not the best area anymore.

The housekeeping services were not done until I contacted front desk 3 times. I understand every/other day housekeeping, however no towels was very disappointing by day 3.

Overall a great stay. The staff was nice and very attentive to my needs (A quiet space), room was clean and spacious, pool was warm and the hot tub nice and working, the continental breakfast is typical for a hotel (remember you are not at home or at a restaurant). I would stay again thank you Fairfield for a pleasant stay.

Receptionist was awesome and so helpful. Refrigerator didn't work so she gave us a new room!!!. Both rooms very clean! Highly recommend!

There was a banging noise coming from the fridge all night. No other complaints. Very nice hotel.

The hotel/rooms are always clean. The front desk staff is always amazing. We were able to check in early and were granted a late check out. The location is perfect for whatever you plan to do. Everywhere I went to was 20 minutes or less. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting Milwaukee!

Clean and convenient if you have an early morning flight out of Milwaukee

It was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Water park was fun. Everyone was so helpful. I will be back!

When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice to have that on the website so I was aware before I booked. The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was some white substance (I hope it was yogurt) in the side of the TV. The remote for the TV was infuriating. The buttons stuck and it was impossible to navigate. Luckily there was a mobile remote option, but if you were in the middle of a movie, and you needed to go off the page on the phone, you had to rescan the QR code... So I had to attempt to use the remote to get to that page. We were not in the room much, thankfully. The ice machine on the first floor was also busted. I told the front desk. They were aware but there was no sign on it. No sign when I left either.bi just went to the one on the second floor. The first floor was always wet due to the pool but that is expected because of kids. That is fine. There was signage. Speaking of the pool, when I arrived, I popped in at about 2pm to see the what the pool looked like. There was a large family there so I decided to come back at 9:30 for a quick soak in the broken hot tub before bed. The heat was still working on it. The pool area was covered in dirty pool towels and garbage. I figured the pool would be checked on quickly between 2-9:30pm. I guess not. For breakfast, the bagels were hard but otherwise it was fine for a hotel breakfast. The beds were clean and ok. The staff is really nice but I won't be returning
