The rooms were quaint but ours faced the street which meant loud street noises. There was no where to hang towels and bathroom was extremely small. Also you had to take a step down to get to the kitchen area and bathroom - at night if you forget - potential accident. The manager was attentive to our feedback (broken knob on bathroom door and no hot water in the morning and took care of these requests right away. Only coffee one morning available (but cafes abound on every street).

Our room was wonderful, the location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Hotel is in a fabulous location! Decor was dated and the bathroom in our room was very small but both were easily overlooked because of the convenience of the hotel’s proximity to the heart of Oaxaca’s historic area.

The room we stayed in didn’t have a functioning window which was a big problem for us. This is not advertised on the rooms description so would advise to get in touch with the property beforehand to enquire if you want fresh air in your room.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. The place was picturesque. The facility was very clean and walking distance to zocalo (15 min). I was very pleased with overall experience. They charge for toiletries, so bring your own.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed in room 104 and the wifi connection was really poor, but friends who stayed in other rooms reported better luck with wifi.
