Professional and lovely personal, comfortable rooms, entire service very responsive, great location, 100% clean, wonderful swimming pool, quality towels and bathrobes available. Logistics, garage, ski out and in, all great to support the complete ski holiday.

Everything you expect from 4* quality and service. Top service, top food, excellent cleaning services and very nice people everywhere. We used bar and restaurant every day, absolutely no complain at all. Direct access to slope with skis.

We have been coming here for many years. 😃 The staff is very nice. They really pay attention to cleanliness and make the guest feel good with them. The wellness department is also fabulous. Very comfortable ski accomodation. It is right next to a blue ski slope. The location and the view from the rooms are amazingly beautiful. You can turn it off here. 😊 Best choice for everyone. 🤩

We had a wonderful holidays in Das Tauernherz hotel. Apartment has everything you need, the bed is very confortable. The pool has wonderful view on surrounding mountains. Ski in/ski out. The restaurant is also beyond.. The team is very friendly an helpful.

Very pleasant experience, we will be definitely back this year.. Kids loved this place. Location is awesome and underground connection to nearby ski rental is cherry on the top. Special thanks to Katharina, family atmosphere was still present in the air, dedication to details counts on.

Truly amazing hotel. Breakfast so good and they also put your name on the table, so you have your own table clean and ready for you each morning. So sweet and personalized. :) Rooms are always very clean and looking amazing (both rooms and apartments). It's very quiet and comfortable to get some rest. Staff is very nice and friendly everywhere you meet them. Ski lift is literally one small (blue) slope away. Sauna area is big and comfortable, with 4 saunas, 2 big resting areas and big pool. We are looking forward to come back again. :)

Our stay was simply perfect! A beautifull hotel with very kind staff and a culinary restaurant. The spa and swimmingpool are amazing with the best view in Obertauern. I've been thinking very hard about something to improve and that would only be that the breakfast starts at 8:00 which is a bit late if you have a young child who wakes up early. But that falls into insignificance with how perfect this hotel is.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We had a huge apartment (2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen & 2 bathrooms) perfect for a family of 4 -6. Our view of the snowy mountains from the apartment windows & balcony will be hugely missed. The shower was powerful & hot and loads of wardrobe space. We had the hotel breakfast on some days, and there was loads of choice. We also had evening meals - again delicious and we loved the Snappsy Taxi!! The pool & spa..well..again no pool will ever have such an amazing view. The relaxation chairs in front of the mountains..wow! Underground parking, right next to 2 ski lifts & the CSA ski school. We had private family lessons which were great. Other tips - we had non skiers with us and enjoyed the 3 gondolas (2 in Obertauern, 1 in the next village) and loved the views and food at the top. Had delicious fondue & ribs at Gnadenalm restaurant (a 5 min drive back down the hill). Ate at Flamingos American dinner and the lovely restaurant next to the hotel - Almrausch. Just an amazing holiday, can't wait to come back. Thank you Das Tauernherz.
