The beds were a problem. Came home with a serious back problem. Tried both beds in the rooms. Neither was good.

We have stayed there twice before over the last two years so we were aware of the Hotel and it’s amenities.

Our room was very comfortable, and check in was a breeze. Parking was easy as well. We loved that the digital key worked so seamlessly! The front desk staff kept checking in periodically via text.
My only complaint is about housekeeping staff. Even though check out time is at 12 pm, they kept harassing us starting at 9 am. It was very annoying to have them aggressively knocking on our door multiple times that morning while we were lounging prior to check out.

Hotel was ok but was let down with inconsistent staff. The lady that checked us in was great but one of the people working at the bar was too busy texting on their phone to bother serving me.

One of our favorite hotels on the trek south. The furniture in the room is a bit worn, but the beds are comfortable and clean and roomy enough. I asked for a pool view but ended up with HVAC view. Overall, it's a pleasant location, decent buffet breakfast (loved the chef's energy shots) - we will return.

Restaurant needs a little upgrade on the menu & service.
Bar had many good selections
The property & staff are all excellent as expected with Hilton Properties...
The morning breakfast buffet, menu & staff were absolutely the Best.

Check in was super easy and fast. Was upgraded form 2 queens to a king room and given a quiet spot away from ice machines and elevators on 5th floor overlooking the pool. Could not have been much better. Room was very nice. Tiny issue was like a sea waves sound coming from HVAC, but not terrible.
