There is no place at the Jersey shore like the Scarborough Inn. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautiful with the most gorgeous rain head showers. Everything is private, upscale, but with a comfortable & relaxed vibe. Owner Sne is a treat and he treats his guests like esteemed friends. The breakfast is served when YOU want it (within a generous morning time frame) and WHERE you want it. The staff are friendly but not intrusive and show great pride-joy in their work. Staying at the Scarborough Inn is like visiting your wealthy uncle who adores you. It’s a must-do experience.

This is a beautiful place to stay! It has just the right mix of vintage meets modern decor, and it has all the charm to make you feel at home! Staff are very welcoming and try to do whatever they can to accommodate you, and the food was excellent! I even decided last minute to stay an extra night because it was so nice! I highly recommend, and I will be returning for sure!

Scarborough Inn has become our home away from home in OCNJ. Anytime of the year is fun at Scarborough Inn. The Inn is always decorated for the season. Sne and his team are true experts in making everyone feel welcome. Decor is eclectic and there is always something new and interesting to see. The year round wrap around porch is inviting and encourages interaction between guests. Breakfast is great!

This inn is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, ice cream and shops! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I visited solo and ended up making some wonderful new friends, but I can easily see how this place would be perfect for solo travelers, friends, or family trips alike!

Driving down Ocean Ave, in OCNJ I could see the sparkling outside lights and charm of Scarborough Inn. The Inn has their own parking so you don’t need to look for a spot during the busy months. Beautiful porch with comfortable Victorian chairs and rocking chairs for relaxation. They even have blankets for cool evenings. Walk inside to a warm welcome from the Inn Keeper. There is a gorgeous living room and daily breakfast area. Lots of drink options available 24/7. The rooms are extremely comfortable with the sun shining in and lots of storage areas to unpack and unwind. Bathrooms are newly remodeled with a Victorian touch. Staying at the Scarborough Inn was very relaxing and close to the beach, boardwalk and Asbury Ave. shops. Highly recommend!

There is something magical about this Inn. It’s warm and inviting and cozy. The rooms are beautiful and clean. And the location is perfect for walking to all my favorite OCNJ spots. I love to arrive and I hate to leave. The inn keepers have become friends and go above and beyond to make my stay luxurious and relaxing. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic time at the wonderful Scarborough Inn! Sne and Jackie were fabulous hosts, who took care of all our needs and regaled us with local stories and info. Sne’s taste and attention to detail are wonderful, from the lively and nostalgic soundtrack playing on the front porch to the comfy lobby filled with retro knickknacks. And note: Ocean City is a terrific off-season destination! We visited during a November weekday, when we had the town pretty much to ourselves and greatly enjoyed walking the boardwalk and visiting the shops and sites that were open, while using the Scarborough Inn as our warm and welcoming home base. We would give more than 5 stars if we could.

This place is a gem. It is elegantly, detailed, and appointed. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were there for a wedding and the majority of the wedding party stayed at the inn. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. I’m not sure if I’ve ever stayed in a more beautiful place

The place is beautiful, the service incredible, I can’t say enough things about this place, every detail in everything that they do is just amazing and the breakfast were so yummy … I’ll definitely go back!
