Place is good but pool wasn’t heated because hotel was trying to save money. At these rates, the could afford to heat the pool.

It was nice having the kitchenette and the staff was friendly , easy check in . The pool area needs some attention and the carpet in the room needs to be replaced.

There was a door in between the sleeping area and the kitchen/bathrrom area. Nice for sleeping noise limitations.

Stayed for bike week. Was clean and convenient. Comfortable bed. Liked how our room had a street view and partial ocean view.

The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. Only complaint is that we had a king bed but the top sheet and blanket were the size for a queen bed at best. They barely covered the top of the bed, creating a battle for covers at night. The no smoking policy is apparently unenforceable as there were guests smoking each night of our stay. The room itself was roomy and the AC worked great!

We have been staying at the Cayman for many years. It in not a five star hotel, but very clean, people are very nice, and the price is what it should be.

The room was absolutely disgusting upon arrival the fridge broke the stove top was uneven and had to be replaced I HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM MYSELF. Always had to go to desk for linens and garbage bags toiletries etc.. the attitude of some staff was horrendous and I was double charged for one of my nights and the manager has yet to call me talk to me in person while there or respond to emails. 10/10 do not recommend!!!!

Room was dirty. No coffee pot, refrigerator didn’t work.screen off patio door. Called the office they put me in another room it also was dirty. Coffee pot didn’t work. Will never stay there again
