DO NOT RENT HERE. SCAM!!!! The pictures advertised are not what the apartments look like. That unfortunately was not the worst of it. The kids who were there for senior week were getting sick. The kids went to see if there was mold and YES there was mold in the air conditioning units. The management called the kids liars even though they had photos. They were belligerent to the kids and refused to talk to parents regarding the situation. They kept hanging up on us and telling us our kids were liars. If you have to pay a little more to go somewhere else I would beg you to. I am writing this review so others don’t get sick. I had to move my daughter to a hotel room because she was so sick. As soon as she was out of the apartment her symptoms began to subside but took days to feel better.

My friends and I had one of the worst experiences ever with the landlord/house owner. It was our senior week this past week and 14 of us stayed in a place of this family’s. We didn’t get the house we ordered, we had flies everywhere upon arrival, the floors were filthy with sand and dirt, there was mold in the air conditioning units and they caused one of us to get very sick, lack of hot water in both showers, and there were previously broken appliances that the landlord made us pay for with a “security deposit.” The owners knew of the broken appliances and made us pay for them even though there was evidence (via pictures with time stamps) proving that we did not break the appliances. We are beyond pissed and hope no one makes the mistake of renting from this family.
