Extremely dirty hotel that is not family friendly. Hotel staff unprofessional with no morals or ethics.

Nice convenient location for us. Clean and well serviced and close to food and shops. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

They didn’t clean our room. No extra toilet paper, they didn’t give us any coffee pods except the 2 we were given the first day. They have a coffee bar in lobby but never make coffee. There’s no way to call front desk you have to run down to them. Bathrooms need to be updated and there were little roaches. Walls are extremely thin you hear everything. The only thing that keeps it from being a 1 star review is the bed was comfortable.

First thing when I walk in the room was cockroach and then when we want it to take a shower the water it didn’t want to work and 10 minutes later you see water everywhere in the bathroom so sad terrible

This property was like a halfway house I had to leave upon checkin and did not get a refund for due to the marketing been totally incorrect.

They tried to put me in a dirty room 3 times then said they were full. The rooms had no sheets on the bed, garbage on the floor, etc. the elevator was not working either

Room was in poor condition. Some lights didn't work. Poor repair jobs on walls bathroom tub, and tiles. Weird odor in room. Was not anywhere near a $200 a night room.

The Heater wasn't working. Finally replaced it 3 times to get it working. Literally froze my buns off! Phone didnt work for 3 days . Bed was very comfortable. Thank you

Great place to stay locally in Ocoee, only downside was no in-house for, only snacks, however, there is Denny's, McDonald's and other places to eat within walking distance. Comfortable bed and nice hot water!
