Park Lakeside Ohrid

Bu tamamen berbat bir dört yıldızlı otel, %100 kötü yorum. Süitteki ana yatak odalarından birinde klima yok. Ağustos ayında klimasız bir hayat hayal etmek zor... Kapı kapalıyken uyumak çok havasız... Balkon kapısını açmaktan başka çarem yoktu. Rüzgar olmasa da çok havasız değil, ama bardan gelen müziğin yarattığı rahatsızlığa katlanmak zorundayım... Tuvalet sifonunda sürekli su yoktu, musluktan duş başlığına geçen duş başlığı bozuktu ve suyu çekmek için bir adamın yardımı gerekiyordu... Kahvaltı sadece boş değildi, aynı zamanda sineklerle doluydu... Bu otelin garsonu başından sonuna kadar hiç gülümsemedi... Kahvaltı fotoğraflarına ve kliması olmayan ana yatak odasının videosuna bakılırsa - her şey ülkemizle karşılaştırıldığında gerçekten tek yıldızlı bir derecelendirme👎

The room was spacious and clean but that was the only good thing about this hotel. I have booked a lake view room which was very expensive for the level of service received. The Hotel is advertising on site parking, beach access and Pool access. However when I arrived, there was no parking available so i had to park outside of the complex in the woods which was very unsafe. Pool access is not included in the booking so you need to pay extra for the access and the sun beds, same is for the Hotel Beach, you are also charged for the sun beds. There is no difference if you are staying in the Hotel or a city day user. Breakfast was terrible, quality of food was bad, not refilled. Everything was cold. There is no coffee nor team included in the breakfast and you have to pay for it from the near by Bar. Juices finish early on in the morning and are not refilled. Tables are not cleaned for hours and from the night before. Very unsafe and unhealthy considering covid and general safety. The Pool bar manager was extremely rude and he even offended me in my face by commenting "what kind of a person comes to a pool hotel with their mother" And yes i wanted to treat my Mom for a weekend getaway. It was extremely rude and said in a degrading way. The reaction from the pool manager came in after i complained for not having coffee nor Shisha service at 5 pm. Their excuse was that coffee takes too much time to make so it is not available on weekends as for the Shisha, the guy making it went home. After complaining at reception, and asking for a manager to speak to, the receptionist heard me and said will deliver the message and the manage will contact me. However no manager reached out the next 2 days. It speaks a lot on what kind of service and care they provide to their guests. Finally, its a party hotel, which was not mentioned on their pages.. music is blasting till 2 am so it was impossible to sleep and obviously during the day the music continues to blast so loud and no isolation in the rooms so we spent 3 days in this hotel sleepless and exhausted. There is no restaurant for dinner, so if you want to have a nice meal you need to go to the city which is a 15 min drive from the Hotel. The Menu at the pool and beach bars only have 3 salads and just burgers and fried stuff. Very unhealthy and very limited options for a 4 star hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay there unless you are under 18. This hotel is false advertising, ripping off their guests and they couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs.
