Location is ideal being right on the beach with on-site bars and restaurants, gorgeous waterfall pool and lush tropical gardens.

It was good . Staff was very friendly and helpful . The pool was heated which was amazing for us in February !!!

The property was close to beach. Accessible from various points. Room door never locked completely abd all outside conversations felt like it was right in your room. Also, complimentary coffee was cold and facilities had no almond or non dairy creamer.

Check in was fairly easy with friendly staff. I booked through hotels as a gold member. That meant I was supposed to receive free parking as well as free breakfast buffet. That absolutely didn’t happen. Parking was free but was charged for the buffet for 4 people x2 days it was 82.00 each time which by the way WAS NOT worth 5.00 per person. Also had various other charges totaling 410$ some of which I was told will fall off. Also apparently when you get the “Free” breakfast you have a spending imit even if you get what THEY say is free/included with your stay. If you go above your “limit” you’re responsible for the whole amount.
Bathroom door knob didn’t properly work so my kids were continually getting stuck in the bathroom.
Felt very uneasy as a woman alone walking in the parking lot.

Hotel had great service. Rooms are a little small but the area and the pools and the location were great!

The amenities are very nice, but one should go in thinking that they are going to stay at a beachfront motel more than anything else. The rooms are laid out in motel form and the walls are paper thin. And I mean, paper thin, I was in the room and could hear an entire conversation world for word from the parking lot outside.

I liked being able to enjoy the ocean. We were beachfront.
I also thought the heated pool was great.
