The only complaint I have is that it took a while to check in, but all in all this is my go to hotel when I am in OKC. Best value for the dollar that I have found!

Stayed one night, property was near convenient places, check in was great and staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, was ok comfortable, the condition of the room was outdated and needed some improvement. Had non-smoking room but the room was in the smoking area so we had to endure the smell of smoke. Breakfast was nice but the eggs tasted a little funny. I felt a little unsafe. Check out was easy.

i’m totally upset about having to leave this morning. The lady at the front desk was an absolute nuisance and she refused to hear what my issue was and I really don’t appreciate it. I would not recommend you stay here unless you want to be utterly disrespected & disappointed.

Room was extremely outdated and very dirty. Carpet in room was ripped up in several spots. Bathroom was dirty. Was no trash can in the room.
Was extremely loud. Lots of commotion in the parking well into the morning and several loud dogs

Had to cancel my reservation after I was stranded on the roadside, hotel was rude and unhelpful about cancelling my reservation and charged me in full for a room I never stayed in. Shameful and disgusting.

Was quick and easy the lady was super sweet ended up leaving my wallet there and she was super sweet and understanding about it let me go get it thanks again for an amazing stay

As the room was decent and clean it was in need of repairs. Room 112. Any time including check in when i asked questions the desk girl acted like it was an inconvenience to answer. So if the manager sees this you may want to review your employee because their customer service is poor
