Staff was very friendly and eager to help and engage with us every time we left and came back. Hotel was very very clean and i would most definitely stay here again and again,

The folks at the front desk were amazing and the food at the Italian Steakhouse was very good.

Our stay would have been perfect but the hotel somehow was having hot water problems. We literally took cold showers this morning. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they were aware and working on it but that is still a major disappoin**ent.

The check in staff was pleasant. The room and property looked nice and clean. However, we only stayed five hours because continually felt bugs biting while in bed. After not being able to sleep, got up at 330 am, showered and left property. Did pass information on to the front desk clerk who continued to explained it might be just “dry skin”. I explained she might want to pass on to house cleaning for inspection and fumigation. Probably an isolated incident but unfortunate.

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday for the Taylor Swift concert at GEHA and we were very satisfied with our stay! Location was convenient to the stadium and had everything needed very close. The hotel was comfortable and clean and Cynthia and Tim at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get into our room so we could get to the concert in a timely manner.

The hotel is starting to show its wear and tear. Disappointing that they’ve maintained the lobby, but not the guest rooms or fitness space.

It was a clean place. Pool and hottub were nice! Easy options to walk to eat. Fitness center had everything I needed. Room were big and spacious and most importantly, clean!

Room smelled gross. Almost like dirty socks. Remote was sticky. Stain on the sheets.

Love your hotel, very classy and close to many nice restaurants. Please upgrade your TV’s, you need bigger HD TV’s to be congruent with your fine hotel.
