Be aware that there is no receptionist and you need to checkin online before arrival to get access code.

Do not book this property! They didn`t provide any check in information and left us stranded at night in Olbia. We have called them multiple times and tried to get in touch, but they witched off their phone and refused to communicate with us and let us into our booked accommodation. We had to find an alternative accommodation and now they are refusing to refund us.

Good location, cleanliness and communication. Noise carries down corridor for late night holiday makers - some people like to sleep when on holiday!
Also the restaurant next door empty into bottle bank during the night

The location and property are very nice, I was disappointed when I told the hotel contact person that my parents in law will drop for few hours to drop us to the airport at 4 am since the hotel doesn’t have a taxi service and I found 4 missed calls that woke us up (with a 3 year old) at 11 30 pm to go downstairs and pay 40 euros so they don’t have to wake up and charge me at check out??? There is no overnight desk there, so don’t go if you need after hours service.

Appartamento molto bello,curato e molto pulito...in centro! Ad un passo dai ristoranti, bar, negozi mercatini ..e per chi arriva o parte a 10 minuti dal porto,comodo .Personale gentilissimo.Consiglio vivamente Consiglio!

Chiamo le residenze del centro per prenotare un appartamento in più rispetto a uno già prenotato. Parlo con un uomo che mi dice di scrivergli su whatsapp e che la prenotazione l’avrebbe segnata così. Faccio come mi è stato richiesto, scrivo su whatsapp specificando il fatto di avere già una prenotazione con loro. Non mi risponde nessuno!!!! Dopo 4 giorni sollecito la risposta è non mi risponde ancora nessuno!! Il giorno della prenotazione mi comunicano che non prendono prenotazioni per telefono e che non c’era il secondo appartamento richiesto!!! Persone poche serie e assenti nel gestire le prenotazioni!!!
