Location of the hotel is great, have supermarket and restaurant nearby with walking distance.
I do enjoy the stay given the price of it, it's acceptable.
However, 2 light bulbs not working in the room, we let the staff know, and the staff only say: sorry, I couldn't change the light bulb, maintenance staff is working tomorrow only. I do understand that, but, maybe he could go and check if there is any room available for us to be moved to instead of just leaving the room like that.

The experience was wonderfully relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Access to public transport was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place for others.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The grounds, spectacular and manicured to perfection 👌 The staff are the ones who make the stay brilliant. They are friendly, accommodating, go above and beyond...i did not see one of the staff without a smile on their face. What a great stay, we will definitely be back!

The outside areas are amazing. The rooms however are so dated. Beds give back ache, had problems getting the sofa bad out as it lokks about 20 years old. But, the staff were really friendly

Only stayed 1night we were comfortable bar staff very good and friendly check in was efficient room clean and quiet will stay here again

It was quiet, you had lunch and dinner available on the property ( I didnt eat there so can not say of it was good or not). Stayed here as family live not far, was in a convenient location. There was lots of parking but only limited parking close to accomodation building. I was in an upstair room, had to take my suitcase up a flight of stairs as no lift that I could see (lucky im capable).

The only issue we had with this booking was how long it took for the person checking us in to :
1. stop what he was doing and serve us
2. initially couldn't find our booking and was suggesting tht we had not made one, took nearly 40 minutes to get checked in and after a 5 hr drive we were exhausted and having to go through this was a little too much

We spent one night here and found the room quiet and comfortable. The surrounding grounds were lovely with lawns and large trees. There is a supermarket a few metres away if needed, and plenty of parking on the premises. It was convenient having a restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed dinner.
