Hermes Hotel Oldenburg

Hotel muy bonito. Habitaciones espaciosas. Desayuno maravilloso

This is an exception hotel and, at the time of reviewing, deserved to be traveller ranked number one! Although our stay was just for one night - wished it could have been longer - everything was spot on, and a few pleasant surprises too! Staff at reception were very welcoming and check-in took a matter of seconds (as did check-out). Our room featured a spacious sitting room (nice surprise), with sofas and TV, and a separate bedroom, also with TV. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided and the mini-bar contained free drinks, including beer. Unlimited free drinks (very nice surprise), including beer, were also available in two self-service, communal rooms situated on floors 2 & 3 (I recall). Free tea and coffee also provided at reception. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience, with everything that one would expect with a quality buffet-style presentation - hot and cold food, plenty of choice etc. The hotel itself is very close to Oldenburg railway station and dedicated, off-road parking spaces are located directly outside the hotel. The walk to the city centre took about 10 minutes. All-in-all and very enjoyable stay and, as such, the Hermes comes highly recommended!

Located walking distance from the old town, with spacious rooms, friendly staff, free drinks and private parking – probably the best option in Oldenburg. On top of that - good breakfast and good value for money

The hotel was very nice. Great breakfast buffet and drink room. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Close to the train station!

Erfreulich ist der Gesamteindruck als ein All-incluve - Frühstückshotel. Für mich ein kleiner Wermutstropfen wäre gerade diese Einengung auf ein Hotel Garni, was aber mein Problem ist und nicht das des Hotels. Ich habe bei der Hotelauswahl nicht richtig hingeschaut Ich mag einfach alles aus einer Hand, mit anderen Worten, ich mag ein Hotelangebot. Aber das schmälert nicht die positiven Seiten des Hotels, wie ich sie Eingangs beschrieben habe. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ausgesprochene Kundenfreundlichkeit und natidas Super - Frühstücksbuffet.

Die economy Zimmer sind recht einfach gehalten aber ok für 1 Nacht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, riesige Auswahl.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Super Lage. Frühstück bis auf das Rührei völlig in Ordnung und reichhaltig. Toller Service mit den kostenlosen Getränken. Würde immerwieder dort buchen.

Die Zimmer wurden saniert, alles ist sauber und mit viel Style eingerichtet. Super nettes Personal, und Bier umsonst auf dem Zimmer und frei zugänglichen Kühlschränken. Tipp: im Sommer gibt es Free Ice Cream !

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und das Frühstücksbuffet ein Plus! Die extrem weiche Schaumstoffmatratze fand ich persönlich nicht bequem. Das ist ja aber Geschmacksache! Das kleine Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet.
