I had interactions with two people, and they were both extremely good. Tom at the front desk, and I do not know the young ladies name that was taking orders for breakfast. Both were very nice and very accommodating. Tom went very far out of his way on my 2 AM check in! The one recommendation I would have for the facility is lack of capacity for hot water. When I showered at 8 AM the first morning, there was not enough hot water. It was room temperature, warm at best when I showered the second day at 5 AM it was very hot. Likely you do not have the capacity for the quantity of rooms at the same time unless there were other unique issues.

The grounds were new and clean, everything was in working order in our room. The food at the bistro was ok, but the staff seemed irritated when he had to stop socializing to take food orders. Check in staff and custodial staff were all wonderful.

Booked 3rd party. Was sent email to check in digitally the day of. Front desk wasn’t aware of this, and was surprised to find out the email to check in was sent from Marriott. Gave us a complimentary breakfast. Shower was an awkward attempt at modern/chic glass door with opening at end. Water just ended up all over the floor. Shower head dripped all night onto a metal drain pan keeping us up until we put a towel in the shower on the floor to dampen the noise. Breakfast we found out was partially credited but didn’t cover all of our meal. Overall happy other than those few things. Staff were great. Room was nice. Lobby felt comfortable. A lot of noise from adjacent freeway but to be expected.

Updated plugs and the staff did well for having no power during a snow storm. Even offered to place us at a different hotel if we wanted. Very professional and close to my meetings. Will stay again.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet even though we were just off Interstate 5. We had clean towels and supplies in our room everyday when we came back to our room from being out.
