Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside

Toilet keep running, called the front desk and told them about the issue and they said they would fix it and they did not, it was so annoying, had problems with the tv as well,

It was nice and relaxing

From check-in to check out the staff at this property were phenomenal. When we checked in the lady that checked us in gave us suggestions of some kid friendly activities around the area. She was very informative about the amenities at the hotel. The hot breakfast was delicious and they had a very large variety to choose from. The room was clean upon check-in and the smell was refreshing the beds are comfortable everything worked as it should. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the western Omaha area.

No lights in room where needed. Breakfast needed to be refilled often. Staff friendly and attentive. The pool area was nice but hot tub needed to clraned

Very nice neat and clean. Only thing was the dispensers in the shower where empty but otherwise good overall. Great bed very comfortable 👍

The staff is very friendly and willing to work to make you happy. The breakfast was over and above expectations in a clean comfortable environment to sit and eat. The pool area is a bit scary with paint on the walls bubbling and hanging. The hot tub was a bit dangerous as it had two parts on the bottom that stuck causing myself and others to trip over while going in and out (weird). My room was comfortable, the ceiling lights in the bathroom were out but the staff attended to it quickly the next morning.

Stay here quite a bit and just seems like things are falling into disarray, darkening shade was broke and just bent up and jammed in window opening to somewhat be open to allow light, the convenience store they have, I expect to certainly pay more for items at a hotel lobby store but good lord, they certainly take advantage of the captive audience price gouging! Overall in past this has been a very nice hotel, maybe it was just my turn to get the dump of the hotel this time

Stayed for 1 night and checked in very late (pass 1AM). Called in advance and the front desk staff assured us that there is nothing to worry. The property was clean and service was awesome. Breakfast selections were excellent.

The staff was very efficient and everything was very clean. The room great and beds comfortable. Breakfast very good. We will stay there again on our next visit.
