Just didn't understand why do you have to pay for parking when it's on the same lot as the hotel would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was nice and clean. We called the front desk to confirm and the breakfast went until 9:30 am, shortly after 9 am most items were gone other than cold cereal. We understand being out of a few things but they should’ve just had it shut down earlier then. Several others complained as well.

Very loud doors opening and closing. Waking us up several times.
Free breakfast not great. It was pretty much picked over when we got there at 9:15 and no one seemed to care or willing to restock it.

They only had about one-third of the food they usually offer at breakfast. It was even worse the second morning.

On the ******* app it said that the Hotel had parking.
What was not disclosed is that they CHARGE for parking.
It Cost 15.00 to park in the lot in the alley in front of their Hotel.

The room & hotel was very clean.We stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance of CHI Health Arena which Stevie Nick's was playing at.The staff were very friendly.

Staff was very nice & helpful! The parking situation was a bit frustrating due to being limited but we figured it out.
