Stay was superb Rooms were clean Food was super tastey 5 * to David (Restaurant ) 5* to Nushlin(Restaurant) The view from the property is very beautiful and its very peaceful over here Staff is very supportive No problem at all Will recommend to family and friends Thank You 😊

Nice staff and food quality is good in this hotel and highly recommended for families. Food and beverage manager Mr. Rilvan, maslin , siva helped us lot. While dining we had a great experience..... Recommended for everyone..............

Food was good and hygienic. We book here always due to good food. Staff (David, muslin and others) are friendly. Location of hotel is in the centre of the Ooty which is very helpful. Villa are good and clean. Kids can enjoy park as well. Ample car parking as well.

We found the place very relaxing and comfortable. A very good and pleasant stay. Good climate. Warm prople around to welcome us. Waiters in restaurants and also in the receptionist was very good. The car agent Stanley and his driver Harish was simply great. The staff are amazing at the restaurant. David, Prakash, Maslin,Rilvan and the other boys around and also the security Raju and all staff were great. A must to come once again. Good memories to take behind. We had come to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Though had come in 1993 when we were married.

Cozy stay with helpful staff. Always ready to address any requirement. Restaurant food is good. Breakfast options could be enhanced bit more. Stuffed Parathas are the food items that can be improved significantly. Restaurant staff caters to every food related thing you ask for. Specifically to mention Cap. Santosh and his team including Muslin & Rilvan handle order brilliantly and manages crowd efficiently.

Property - awesome, have lake view. Staff and hospitality - 100%. Ample parking space and ample space around party for kids to play. View - awesome. Thai food is really prepared well and taste is good. Special mention from their staff - Rilvan - food and beverage manager Santosh - captain Muslin - waitress Kudos to entire team.

Restaurant and food is good with reasonable price. Especially fnb manager Mr. Rilvan, captain Santosh and Muslin in the restaurant took care of us very well. Good spacious rooms as well. Over all good stay . Recommended to everyone.......

Great taste of food … very good service by staff … good prices restaurant for the quantity and quality delivered by Rilvan , Maslin and Captain Santhosh Very good ambience… the food presentation was very good … I visited 5 times and the quality was consistent…
