Location and rooms are good, but poor service. Rooms are same as shown in the images, but they do not provide basic items like towels. Cleaning depends on owners mood. Also they mentioned the water is from purifier, but when i checked it wasn’t functional. If the cook is on leave then you won’t even get a tea and everything is at least a kilometre away. Keep some tea bags or coffee if you are choosing this.

Had a stay for 2 days, no bedsheet , pillow change , room cleaning was there for 2 day. Geyser was not working and room walls were teribly dirty. Hotel staff appointment some kid below 18 age and made him the bait to take all bashing from the guest. For the stay i paid

Room was very small & not well maintained. Room was not properly cleaned. Room had dampness in walls. The price you pay here for facilities is not worth it.

Stay was not great. There wasninly one staff no arrangement for food. Rooms were smelly and poorly maintained.

Amazing host. If you are looking for some good food and warm welcome in ooty, this is the place. They are kind to arrange required transport at a reasonable price for easy commute. Please ignore the bad road views, its hilly place, expect 50 meters to be off road but worth every penny.

Clean and comfortable suite room. Staff were polite and supportive. Refreshing morning tea and delicious breakfast was provided on request.

Stay at abode is real homestay. Host mr. And mrs. Raypaann's hospitality is very much appreciable. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Food provided by mrs. Raypaann very tasty and homely. Recommend for family. Only approch road to property is problem.

Room was clean. Location is somewat remote and top of hill. Hard to reach the place. No camp fire in that cold weather. Camp fires would have been better experience. Food is very expensive. The caretaker is not friendly. Overall below average stay.
