I do not recommend. The hotel has serious problems on the heating system in the room and even the shower water was cold. Not recommended to stay. When i called reception they said “ you were not informed about the water problems at the check in?” Of course not… i do not recommend to stay here. There are pther better hotels in the area.

Service of staff was superb. Facility amenities scream ambiance. However the material used in making of headboard should be changed and not used again as discoloration from use extremely noticeable. I was surprised having seen the rest of the room and facility that they had not been removed.

As a couple, we were looking for a relaxing but active getaway place and we found it. Good accommodation, dedicated and friendly staff, good food, and perfect location - on the side of the CRIS river, park and green hills behind, a cozy thermal park just beside, easy to reach.

Convenient and professional place to stay. It was clean and the staff very courteous. We had nice drinks in the bar area. It was quiet and restful.

It was a short business trip. We actually stayed there in September 2022. My apologies for posting such a late review. The hotel and the location is fantastic. Great rooms, facilities, immaculate service. Very helpful reception staff, special mention to the housekeeping service for the cleanliness. If we go back we would definitely want to choose this hotel again! Thank you!

A very good standard hotel, the reception staff is kind and received us quickly. We received a cookie from the hotel at registration. Good, big and clean rooms, very nice view with the river outside. It is very nice to go up with the transparent elevators to the rooms. Good and clean showers, dining room with a large supply of food and of a very good standard. Paid parking adjacent to the hotel. There is a spa in the hotel and for a separate fee of 80 lei per day per person. The location of the hotel is good and close to the main attractions of the city. The place is recommended to stay for vacation and more.

The hotel was very nice, with a perfect view to the river. The breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of fresh fruits and The spa was very clean and big enough. The staff were very helpful and kind.
