I booked The hotel for my parents, it was their anniversary so I requested the staff to take care of that . Mr Sandeep in FNB was so helpful not only he made it special by arranging cake, he also coordinated with me on the phone to plan the whole surprise.i am really happy and touched by the service and efforts of the staff 5🎖️ Thanks team and Sandeep ji keep doing the good work!

Very beautiful place and room was very nice and beat hotel for honey moon: there is no better hotel than this. Next time if we go, we would like to go here only.

Great property. They have a hudge and clean pool, very specious rooms with nice amenities and beautiful lawns. Awesome restaurant food and taste I really enjoyed weekend with my family. The best part was complimentary breakfast with lot of yammi choices food

Very bad experience. No where hospitable. I visited with my family of 6 persons for 2 nights. On breakfast I wanted to take parathas for my 7 year old daughter in room. They said I can take it but refused to give me a foil so that it stays warm. They said we r not allowed to give foil paper. In afternoon we were having lunch in the restaurant and asked if we can have a bowl of simple kichdi on complimentary basis for my 1 year old daughter. The staff at restaurant just refused that complimentary baby food not allowed for infants. I couldn’t believe they said that. Sorry but this hotel doesn’t know the meaning of word HOSPITALITY.

The property was very big & lavish having the clean swimming pools & kids area. I stayed with my family & the vacation was pleasant. Staff was very supportive & food was delicious.

It was a good stay, nice accommodation while we have been to some other unique properties there, so it was decent to be honest, in regards to the location, temperature and views. Here you go

Rooms are good, clean and big. Pool is nice. Kids play area needs improvement and upkeep. Service is slow, need to respond to customers quicker. Food is not good enough, but seems par for course in this entire region
