The hotel restaurant is excellent with a menu of 25 euros really very good every evening. The spa is a really one more. I've chosen this hotel for this additional point. Sorry, however, that it is not clearly indicated on the hotel's website that the spa is not included ( 15 euros more per person for 1h on booking ...). The hotel is a hotel that is very nice and very nice. In the 5 days of the hotel I couldn't add 2 pers*15 euro * 5 days = 150 euro of spa knowing that we were in 1⁄2 pension.

We had booked in couple with our dog for one night. We wanted to go to Andorra because we were not far. We were very well received, all the staff are laughing, joyful and we feel they like their job. The nice and nice kit was also welcomed by our dog, and I had a kit to get to it when I was packing it near him 🤣 but it was still very good to think about him. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we were very well served despite being alone to eat because off season. The dishes are very good from the entrance to the dessert with fresh products, the cook always asked us if everything was okay. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment hotel. Moreover, our apartment was very good, clean with balcony and beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend 100%, thank you for your reception, your kindness and your smile. Soon can be 😁

What a brilliant hotel! When we first arrived I was worried as we went down for dinner and I found a hair in my soup and my friend found plastic in her dessert so not a good start, but after that hiccup it all was fine. The following morning our key card stopped working. A member of staff came up and had to dismantle the device on the door. The card still didn't work after this, so the staff moved us to a suite on the top floor :) we were very happy with the outcome, the suite was lovely! The food was delicious with plenty of choice everyday. Having half board really helped as we were out allday skiing. We'd set ourself up in the morning then put on comfy clothes on for the evening meal which was from 7pm. What I loved about this hotel was how close the gondola was to take you to the slopes. We took the lift down to the basement, walk up some stairs and it was right there, this was very helpful. The hotel had a spa as well, we went in one night and it 10 euros each. It had everything you needed to relax, I especially loved the jacuzzi We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back here again

As Abba chain has recently taken it, I hope you will take it into account and renovate a little everything and put a shower that is more safe , I assure you that you will give me with the bathroom garden that is not my ( and that I have not ), I don't tell you a grim, thinking that there are thousands of people spending a year. We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.
