Locanda Del Parco Hotel

The family owned & operated hotel was very nice and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. There was construction happening while we were there but they made sure not to bother the guests. Very nice place and we hope to get back there!

NO AIR CONDITIONING AS ADVERTISED!!!  BE AWARE THAT THE HOTEL RECEPTION CLOSES AT 2000 hours (8pm).  Afterwards,  you can not get a hold of anyone until the morning.  The receptionist failed to tell us that the air conditioning was not working for the past couple days. If I knew this, I would have rebooked elsewhere. When we got to the room, it was hot. I notified the receptionist who stated she will attempt to adjust the thermostat (entire buildingis controlledby the reception). It worked for less than an hour then turned off again.  Then the reception was closed and i could not find any employees in the hotel. I eventually found the owners number (which was not provided at check in) located on the front door and message them. They told me that no one can work on the air conditioning and to "open a window." If you open the windows, there were tons of mosquitoes waiting to bite you. We stayed on the top floor and guess what, we opened the window because we wouldnt bear the heat and got bit multiple times.  There was no way to check out.  We were stuck. Who knows if it was really broken or if it's one of their tactics to save on electricity. You also need to insert you lr key into a slot to have power in your room  The next day, the receptionist assisted us in ending out reservation early with ******* with a partial refund but did not want to offer any compensation for the miserable night before. Not even a bottle of water. I asked ******* for a refund and was denied

Sarah very welcoming upon arrival. Excellent hotel for 24 hr stop over after long drive. Couldn’t get air con to work but didn’t ask reception as room cool. Lovely balcony. All clean and nice. Safe parking. We have convertible car. lovely restaurant we sat outside good food. Locals dining which is always nice to see. Sandro waiter good. Everyone happen to help with our appalling Italian, English spoken here. Basic breakfast but good. Thank you

Week-end de pâques sur place, en pèlerinage sur la terre de mes ancêtres. Afin de revoir le GRAN SASSO et le village de ma maman, Tossicia. Hôtel très propre et idéalement placé pour visiter la région. Personnel sympathique, méritant, très dévoué et fort agréable. Vraiment aux petits soins... Un séjour au calme et très bon restaurant. Un endroit qui mérite un arrêt ...

Siamo stati benissimo 4gg. Professionalità e grande cordialità . pulizia quotidiana. Tante informazioni sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Ci siamo divertiti molto. Da visitare nuovamente visti i posti magici . Grazie

Soggiorno breve ma eccellente ambiente sobrio ed elegante, pulito ed ordinato, dispone di un un'ottimo servizio colazione ed un ripeto eccellente ristorante pizzeria adatto anche a famiglie con bambini ci torneremo. Deve essere molto bello tornare anche negli altri periodi dell'anno da provare. Splendido il panorama: un paradiso terrestre 🙋🏼‍♀️

Struttura nuova, molto ben manutenuta in posizione strategica per visitare la zona del Gran Sasso. A 3 minuti dal casello autostradale immersa in una cittadina tranquilla e silenziosa avvolta dalla vista sulla catena del Gran Sasso che dona pace e serenità. Camere grandi, nuove, veramente molto pulite e dotate dei comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Impossibile non menzionare la squisita accoglienza dei proprietari sempre pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta e ricchi di consigli per visitare il territorio. Da non perdere é certamente il ristorante alla carta che abbiamo provato ogni sera. Primi, secondi, pizza e fritti... Tutto abbondante squisito e di qualità a un ottimo prezzo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Hotel a gestione famigliare, riferito all'accezione positiva del termine. Gentilezza e cortesia qua sono di casa, e si prodigano per fare sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Nel ristorante interno si mangia bene, anche se, come evidenziato da altre recensioni, il servizio è un po' lento ( non è colpa del velocissimo cameriere che serve in sala ), ma se siete in vacanza, sedetevi, ordinate, e senza stressarvi aspettate il vostro turno !!!

È vero che se uno prenota su booking quasi sempre ci sono camere che non puoi disdire all'ultimo momento ( minimo tre gg) ,a se uno fa un viaggio in moto come me e prenota la sera prima per la sera dopo , e ti succede l'imprevisto tecnico , devi avere il modo di bloccare la prenotazione . Invece , chiamo la struttura Ed espongo la mia impossibilità. La Signora al telefono rimanda la scelta a booking che mi scrive dicendomi che eccezionalmente per loro non c'erano problemi e quindi la decisione era di competenza della struttura , che risponde che jon avrebbe rimborsato nulla perché ( a suo dire) aveva perso un'altra possibilitadi vendita...in quel posto???? Vabbè , avete incassato senza lavorare ma vi commentate da soli. Strutture come queste vanno evitate
