Location is great, 15 min walk to shinshaibashi. But it’s quieter with some local grocery stores within the block.
it’s a more like an Air BnB, with affordable prices, nothing much to complain.
Wifi is the only problem. Terrible.

If you are a solo traveler as a woman I honestly not suggest you to come back later than 8pm.

As its name suggested, it is located on the east side of Dontonbori (東心齋橋). However, it is quite far from any metro station. So on the day when you arrive or depart, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the closest subway station, which will not be easy if you have a big suitcase or if it rains.
They seemed to have a lot of inexperienced staff working there without any proper training. The answer from one staff was always different from the other one. For example, we did not have any slippers in the room so we asked the front desk girl and she said the hotel does not provide slippers, which is not common in Japan. After a while, we asked another girl and she got us a pair from the store room.
There is only 1 elevator in the whole building.
Their rate is not high but if you are willing to pay a little more, you will find some other better options.

第一次住酒店體驗到與世隔絕感覺，入住時前台告知WiFi不穩定不能用，我就想用自己流量上網就行啦～誰知道一進到房間裏，連自己手機信號也收不到，必須走到樓梯間才收到信號上網，真的氣死了、每晚回去後上網查第二天的行程線路時間時都要走到走廊呆著上網查，去洗手間有台階上下，房間空間算大了能完全打開兩個行李箱，地鐵站離酒店也要走20分鐘吧

五分好評哦。和賣家描述的一模一樣，酒店位置也好找，交通方便，去心齋橋，道頓堀，黑門市場都可以步行citywalk。前台完全中文服務，很方便，房間也夠大，乾淨舒適，兩個退休阿姨自由行推薦。

華人酒店真的很舒適！服務員們都很親切，地理位置優越，離心齋橋很近，樓下走兩步有好多餐館，還有全家便利店，很方便，付費洗衣房也在樓下，很方便，等價格里麪房間算很大的了，比起等價格10平方的日本人開的酒店這個真的很良心價格，前台的幾個女士服務的非常到位得體，給我很好的體驗，感覺賓至如歸。

長堀橋下來走點路吧，按導航出口出，一直走再拐個彎看到全家就到了，前台都是會説中文的小哥哥和小姐姐，房間還有個小陽台，除了衞生間超級小以外其他都還可以，價位也適中，基本上去心齋橋和難波都是用走的1.2-1.4公里之內，就是一直出行的話酒店離地鐵站距離還是略遠了一點，走多了累逛了一天下來衹想出地鐵就是酒店…
