Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba Station

Location excellent with superb hotel amenities. Staffing very polite but the sad part, we were treated as second class citizens. We originally planned our trip ahead of time and booked this hotel but decided to come in a day earlier so two separate bookings were made. They couldn’t accommodate us in the same room so they asked us to check out at 11am and recheck in at 3pm… which we were very happy to oblige. We booked a tour booked for 900am and wanted to have breakfast at 7am when it opens then check out at 8am and head to our meeting point for the scheduled tour… Front desk gentleman said they have a tour group and would be very busy til 830am. He recommended the buffet at the hotel he previously worked for… we did not complain and took his suggestion to heart and the breakfast next door was very very good. When we checked out at 8am, we noticed the hotel restaurant was not busy at all, we could have easily eaten there quickly and not be in the way… that was disheartening. Our tour ended early and went to the front desk to inquire if our room could best be possibly ready, it was about 130pm. Lady reminded us the check in is at 3pm but for 1000 yen we could check in now. Unbelievable! We were tired and needed to get rest for another evening tour we had scheduled so we paid the 1000 fee. No hotel hospitality whatever so ever and thus very disappointing we will look elsewhere to stay when we return next year… Nonetheless we had a great time in Osaka on our first visit, meeting many wonderful people and eating lots of good food… we will be back but not to this hotel!

Room come with foot massage machine. Separate toilet and bathtub with shower. Complementary coffee and tea at lobby, supper they serve rice soup. Service was good and very near to namba station

Perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Namba Station. Family Mart next to the hotel for convenient buy of snacks. Few eateries along the streets for quick meals. The hotel is clean and the service is good. Complementary bath salt, facial mask at hotel lobby. They even serve free light supper which we enjoy.

Location is reallt near to Namba station- check in and out timkng strictly 3pm and 11pm. Free water is only starting from 3pm to 11pm. Even if wanna get hot water for kids milk not entertained.

Excellent location next to Nankai Airport rail, and Namba City. Good service, surprised with foot massage device in room. Only drawback is small room but still acceptable.

Great location! Very close to Namba station and shopping mall (Namba Parks) just downstairs and restaurants open to late night. I like the way it's just a little bit away from Shinsaibashi so it's not too crowded. A photo of a grilled meat restaurant downstairs opens to 4:00am!

Very nice hotel and well services specially from hotel receptionist while faced problems.

Location is unbeatable - right next to Namba station and there is even a Macdonalds just right at the doorstep. Hotel is clean and the foot massager machine in the room is really a great plus point.

Room is small but I stay alone so I feel alright. If I will to return, I will stay same hotel again.
