There is room for improvement for concierge staff, as I arranged room cleaning on the 3rd day of stay and that didn't happen because 'I removed the do not disturb sticker too late' i.e. at 1230pm, yet re-arrangement was not offered until I asked for it, to be re-arranged the next day at noon. The cleaning staff then knocked continuously at my door at 9am the next day, saw I opened the door with a toothbrush in my mouth, and asked me when I wanted to do cleaning, without considering the fact that it's really not the best time to talk. I thought I was clear on the instructions given to the concierge staff the day before. Very surprised by the lack of communication between the concierge and frontline staff.
Nonetheless, I would like to give credits to the breakfast restaurant staff, as they are all very helpful and friendly.
