Firstly, location is great. It is just beside a metro station and has several 24hrs supermarket/restaurants nearby.
The receptionist spoke good english and was helpful too.
Just one down side with the housekeeping. We returned to our room one night to find our door not closed properly!! It was so shocking that we called the frontdesk. There was no form of service recovery provided but thankfully we did not lose any items. Also, the housekeeping staffs did not refill the body wash even though it was running low and we had to call frontdesk for them to refill it. Rubbish was also not cleared once.

Great hotel, metro station exit in the same building. Location is amazing for the Osaka experience.

Front desk was not really helpful and kinda rude. The room extremely small compared to the pictures!

The location is very good, just below is the train station. As we need the elevator we just need to walk a short distance for the elevator to the train station. There is Aeon Supermarket just across the hotel. The staff are very friendly but due th the language differences we still managed to get by. If we decide to visit Osaka again would stay in this hotel. Thank you for the services rendered to 6 of us.

everything is fine but the AC. No cold air flow at all. It’s safe to say it is a well-balanced location between OKASA castle and Umeda.
