The hotel location is very good very close to Universal, nice view, nice to have the separate shower room and toilet, the room is big.

The cleaning of bathroom is sub standard, is not clean its a lot of mold on the bathtub, the drain was clogged so the water from the bathtub spilling all over the bathroom instead of draining and the aircon not working only heater.

Room was clean, staff was nice :) stayed with two children room size was big enough too. Location was perfect for USJ. Definitely willing to stay again!

Conveniently located within the USJ Citywalk, this hotel was a great value for my money. I liked that I could grab food before and after my park visit without needing to walk too far. It's also steps away from Universal City Station, so you can easily take the subway to other spots in Osaka. Don't forget to grab your station stamp as a free souvenir.
The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my luggage after checking out so I could go shopping before my flight back to Shenzhen. The only downside is that the in-house onsen doesn't allow tattoos, and mine are too big to cover.
Did I mention the cool hotel views? Definitely my favorite view next to the Disney hotel a few days prior. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The hotel is conveniently located on City Walk and just around the corner from the JR station. It was clean and the family sized room had plenty of space for us.

Worst hotel stay in Japan! This hotel has perfect location given the proximity to USJ and City Walk, conveniently access to everything like food, retail shops, train station, etc. However, the room is horrible! Old, super rundown, dirty, extremely narrow, and smelly. We can barely walk in the room once opened up the luggage bag. Will instead recommend other hotels around USJ.
